Pandya Store fame Shrashti Maheshwari who recently got engaged to tech engineer Karan Vaidya in February is now all set to tie the knot on 19th June 2022.
The marriage will take place in their hometown Jaipur in a traditional way. The couple was earlier planning to get married in April but later decided to postpone it to June because of the pandemic.
Shrashti is super excited about it as she talked about it during an interview with ETimes TV. She said, “Earlier we were planning to get married in April but I am glad that we postponed it because the pandemic is hopefully behind us now. Karan and I can have a beautiful wedding and can call our friends and well-wishers. We are getting married in our hometown Jaipur and looking forward to all the functions.”
The wedding ceremonies will commence on June 18 with mehndi, sangeet and haldi while the jaymala and pheras will take place on June 19.
Talking about it the actress shared, “Karan and I both want it to be a simple yet beautiful wedding with good food and decoration. I have already started designing my lehenga and I am planning our sangeet and haldi functions. I feel blessed that I have found the right guy and feel tremendous gratitude. What more can I expect or ask from the universe?”
She added, “Karan is a tech engineer and IIT grad and we both are almost similar in nature. He is also very romantic and I like that about him.”
