CHAPTER 20

Om was constantly rubbing her back trying to provide her some relief…while she didn’t felt comfortable… Moreover her uneasiness was increasing with every passing second…

“Wait… I’ll bring you a glass of water.” Om exclaimed in worry.

He was about to go when gauri held his hand from back… And as soon as he sat back… Gauri hugged him tightly… Trying to find shelter from those weird night mares… Which she herself didn’t remember after she woke up.

Om who was shocked at first managed the situation and started rubbing her back while being in the hug… He started caressing her head trying to relieve her from the pain which she was going through because of that injury… And so on…

He actually took her into his embrace…with few tear drops twinkling in his eyes…

“You know what I am scared… I am scared of loosing you… I can’t let this happen… Coz I can’t afford loosing you… Plz plz gauri get well soon… Coz I am literally not in the condition to see you like this… This gauri is not what I got mad for…” Om exclaimed with a lot of care and fear in his tone…while hugging her.

“Ok listen… I know that you have some problem… You have had a kind of nightmare every night… But I don’t know what’s troubling you… You were good whole day long but now you are almost looking like a pale lifeless body…which I can’t see…” Om continued trying to divert her attention but he got no reply from her side in return.

“Gauri are you listening to me…??” Om questioned… And looked at her.

She had slept again…or maybe she turned unconscious after getting a bit of relief being in his embrace.

Om hugged her again trying to feel her pain… And then made her lay down with utmost delicacy.

He himself made himself rest on the back side of the bed with his one hand still caressing her head…giving her peace… While eyes stuck at her… So that if another time she felt bad or uncomfortable then he could help her before it is too late.

NEXT MORNING
Gauri was the one who woke up first and her moment was enough to wake him up too.

He removed his hand from her head which she noticed and tried to recall why it was so… But she failed to remember the last night’s incident.

Since on slept late at night his eyes were red completely…due to lack of sleep.

“You didn’t slept last night…right..?? Gauri questioned with surprise.

“Yeah… I had some work which I was completing…” Om replied. And as soon as he said this it strikes his mind that he was reading that diary.

He literally jumped off the bed and hid that diary immediately… Gauri noticed this… But she didn’t asked as her head or the wound was paining…

She left saying I will be back after taking shower… Om nods.

Shivaay was all set to have a meeting with MR. ALABHYA SINDHIYA. And all wished him luck for the deal…including Anika… To which both shared a silent smile…

But before he leave pinky came there with a bowl of yogurt and sugar…

“Shivaay have this (and she feeds him a spoonful of the same)… It is believed to be auspicious… And you should have one more of this (and she feeds another spoon to him) as you have two things to be done with great zeal.” Pinky stated in excitement.

“What are you talking about pinky…??” Dadi questioned.

“Arrey mummyji… See one is the deal that shivaay is going to have today…and other one is….” She stopped creating suspense.

“Ok fine mom… You keep on counting things… Let me go as I am getting late…” Saying so shivaay left not before taking blessings from dadi and elders.

“And second what Pinky…??” Jhanvi asked.

“And second good news is that… Shivaay is going to marry Ragini soon…” She completed smirking at Anika…shocking everyone.
