~THE BITTER TRUTH~
FLASHBACK
THREE YEARS AGO..
Bhavendhar, the MD of many industries, under whom even shekhar works. Shekhar trusted his boss very much, more than this relation, they both were very good friends.
One day…
Bhavendhar’s cabin where shekhar was also present
Suddenly, the police entered and arrested bhavendhar. Shekhar gets shocked. “you are under arrest for murdering gayathri!” shekhar was not able to believe this, he has always believed bhavendhar very much. He was his most best friend, never did he expect such things from him. he gets teary eyed. He feels pain in his chest, this was a very big shock for him, he gets a heart attack and he fainted…
IN THE HOSPITAL
Bhavendhar managed to escape from police, but as shekhar knows all his truth, he enters the hospital with two men and killed shekhar..
FLASHBACK ENDS
“bhavendhar uncle!” ragini gasps learning the truth, he was her dad’s friend who has always done good for them. “I already killed one man, he is the second!” sanskar said showing his hand towards his car where few other polices were checking his dead body. “next is bhavendhar!” ragini gets shocked hearing him. “sanskar! you just can’t kill them for papa! You can put them in jail na?” ragini asked still looking scared at the dead body. Even her dad will not wish this! “I am not killing them only for shekhar uncle! They have even done many crimes ragini!
I already got shooting order, they deserve to die!” sanskar said looking at the dead body with hatred. Ragini looked down still crying, she then looked at swara who was just looking at sanskar with tears saying nothing. She was standing like a lifeless. Ragini wiped her tears and went near swara and holded her hand and said, “come swara!” few polices called sanskar and he went to them. “what happened shona?” ragini asked holding her cheeks, while she continued to stare sanskar with tears, never did she expect this from him. “shona! Lets go from here!” ragini said pulling her from there as she cried. Swara was just looking back at sanskar who was talking with few policemen. His eyes red and furious, his body brisk, his hand still holding a gun. Never had she seen him like this.
‘I know you never thought about our marriage!’
‘arey! I was just acting!’
‘I was just playing a prank!’
‘We are best friends and can be happy with each other, but do you think we can be like husband and wife?’
Sanskar shooting a person just now!
All these suddenly came in her mind. Why does he always hurt her? And as if he heard her unasked question, he looks at swara who was looking at him with painful tears that flowed out of her beautiful eyes. Sanskar just looks at her, what was he going to say her in their next conversation? She suddenly looked away from him not wanting to breakdown in which she miserably failed…

NIGHT
SINGHANIYA MANSION
SANSKAR’S ROOM
He looked up from his phone and was shocked seeing swara knocking the door looking down controlling her tears. “swara!” sanskar said and immediately ran to her. “swara! Listen to me….” He started but she asked, “can I come in?” he gets shocked hearing her, she never asked permission like this, he just nodded. Swara got inside the room, she went and sat on the bed, sanskar sighed, he too went and knelt down in front of her. “I never knew, you were a police!” she said smiling sadly as tears flowed from her eyes. Sanskar looked down as tears formed in his eyes too. “there is only one thing that I hided from you all my life sanskar!”
sanskar looked at her, “but now you know it, that I love you!” she said choking as few more tears flowed from her eyes. “I thought, there is not even a single secret that I don’t know about you!” she said blinking still not believing the truth. Sanskar wiped his tears and said, “I don’t wanted to risk your life! Try to understand!” swara nodded hearing him. “why you didn’t wanted to risk my life?” sanskar looks at her shocked hearing this. “what question is this swara?” he asked. “tell sanskar! why you don’t want my life to be in danger?” she asked. Anger and pain filled her eyes. “you are my friend!” sanskar said still not understanding the motive behind this question. “friend?” swara asked crying.
Sanskar nodded and before his hands could travel to her cheeks and wipe her tears, she stood up from the bed and said, “thank you sanskar….” sanskar too stood up from the floor and looked at her confused, “for everything….” She said and murmured a ‘good night’ and marched out of his room, ‘thanks for your help, thanks for your rejection!’ swara thought as she went to her room.

SWARA’S ROOM
“should we say this to maa and uttara?” ragini asked still crying, she was astonished to hear nothing from her sister and looked at her. She was still sitting saying nothing with her tears. “swara! Say something!” she went near her and shook her by shoulders. Swara looked at her and whispered, “he came to Patna to kill the culprit!” ragini looked at her confused. “he didn’t come for me!” ragini frowned hearing her. “swara! We have to came to know such a big thing, but you are caring about this!” swara looked down still crying, “of course, I care!
But you don’t have any idea how much happy I was di! When he came here to be a friend of mine again! But…” “swara! Stop this! Listen to me!” ragini said trying to hold her little sister who was whispering everything like a mad, “he doesn’t love me di!” “shona!” ragini said angrily. “he came here for papa…not…” “shona!” swara looks at her sister startled as she shouted. “think about maa, papa and uttara now!” ragini shouted holding her shoulders. Her eyes softened suddenly as she realized something, she closed her eyes cursing herself for this, she left swara and kept her hand on head frustrated. Swara went and sat on the bed, ragini opened her eyes and saw her looking at nothing with tears. She went and sat beside her on the bed, “swara!
Are you not happy that he came here for papa?” swara looked at ragini and asked choked, “why is he doing this? Just because I am his friend?” ragini looked at her helplessly while she continued to cry and whisper emotionlessly, “he is lieing! HE LOVES ME!” swara said closing her eyes and weeping hard, ragini holded her. “he always does this! He always gives me hope that he loves me, but at the very next moment, I get nothing but his rejection!” swara said as she hugged ragini tightly, breaking down in her embrace. Her sobs becoming loud every second, ragini cried listening her weak and broken voice. She hugged her back and caressed her hairs. “this happened even now di! Now also, he said that I am his friend! JUST FRIEND!” swara said crying more in her embrace. Her whole soul shivering with pain. “lets go from here di!” swara whispered. “shona?” ragini said and broke the hug and saw her face drained with sweat, pain and tears. “I can’t take this anymore! Let’s go somewhere, but I don’t want….” She stopped asking herself thousand times, ‘whether she can survive without him?’ “you don’t want to be in front of him?..”
ragini completed her incomplete sentence. Swara looked at her, pressing her lips to control her pain. She nodded closing her eyes. “let’s go away!” she whispered weeping more. “please!” she said. Ragini wiped her tears and said, “we will go after neha’s wedding! Ok? Only for few days!” swara nodded her head in a ‘NO’ crying. “for me?” ragini asked. Swara looked at her as her sister cupped her face, “only for few days! For me, please!” ragini said. Swara looked down and then nodded her head after sometime. Ragini sighed, she made her lie on her lap. Swara continued to cry on her lap closing her eyes tightly as the bitter truth haunted her. Sanskar doesn’t love her! Her father was killed. She cried and cried and cried, and finally sleep consumed her with dark and haunting nightmares. Ragini looked at her sleeping, she wiped her tears that were still on her cheeks and whispered, “you have time only till neha’s wedding sanskar! you HAVE TO DO something, otherwise you will lose swara….” She looked at her sister sleeping with a pale face and then completed her sentence, “forever and ever…..”
