Samrat said gulping his fear-Sammie..This deal is best..i mean planting our project in India is good and the profit is the more then we think.
Swara look up from laptop and give cold glare to him and snapped -I dont give damm to this deal Mr Dixit it woul be best if you cancelled Mahrotras for it !and go from here now.
Samrat signed -Until when you are going to cancel every deal of India.
Swara said coldly -Samrat leave ,You knew well why blo*dy hell i dont take any deal of India !
Samrat helplessly-Fine,I will just say you are running away from your past thats it.Dont you have wish to see your family once !!
Swara didnt say anything and saw Samrat going out of her cabin.
Swara again engrossed herself in work.but the words of Samrat still ringing her.she stopped and open pics of her past people on net where everyone is so much change.

Salman said quietly -Swara will you mind to come to my hospital its important about you.
Swara heard the worried and serious tone -Salman is everything alright ?
Salman -Please i can only tell when you will come.
Swara -ok .i am coming.
Call ended..
Swara walk out the office telling Samrat that she going for important meet.As she took cab inspite of her car knewing Sanskar will get her location .She reached Hospital .and soon to Dr Khan cabin.Her doctor and most importantly her childhood friend who knew everything about her past and her trusted person.
Salman saw her coming inside.
Salman -hey come sit.
Swara nodded curtly and sat opposite to him.
Swara -What is it Salman you know you are sounding very much serious.
Salman -Swara you remember last week you were telling about stomach ache and vomiting and i have taken your blood samples.
Swara shook her head and said -yeah i remember didnt you tell that it was because of severe case food poison !and you know i have been taken care of my stress level and the anxiety attacks.After one nervous breakdown i cant tolerate another problem Everyone are very much disturb about it.
Salman said slowly -Swara it was not just food poison case..did you remember when you vomit their was blood mixed too.
Swara now turned cold -Salman dont beat around the bush,tell me the truth is something wrong.You know i can tolerate it after all i have been tolerated in these years.I am not weak.
Salman look at his friend who is capable of being strong after all the happening with her.He knew lying her will make her more cold and he have to start her treatment as soon as possible.
Salman said with sad voice-Your blood sample result have came Swara and it is case of Stomach Cancer..first stage.
Swara heard it.and froze looking Salman to say something more her mind was totally turning blank and her face was pale.She was totally silent for ten minutes.her whole world was shattering once again.
Salman knew her phobia by other touch man so he just hold hand and said hopely – Swara dont worry ,its first stage and we have advance treatment you will survive by all meditation.and I will talk to Sanskar.
Swara came back to sense and said determinedly-No !you will not speak a word with anyone and not Mr Maheshwari specially.It would be just between you and me Salman ,i dont want anyone comes to know ever.
Salman look stunned -What are you out of your mind !you need completely care and here you are talking bulshit !Sanskar is your husband and he have right to know it.
Swara look at him painly -And then what will happened Salman ? HE will act brave infront of us and behind the doors he will died more bruetly from inside.After seeing my condition and nightmares he is in so much pain,What you think i dont care for him.I care him more then myself and even more then my love and that is the reason i am living with him ,letting him to be with him.because i have saw he love me more then any thing even more then any word love to me.past eight years he is beside me but masking his pain ,hurt,anger .you know How much he was terrified during my first breakdown ,like someone have sucked blood from him.No i will not let him break more in it.If he never got my love then it doesnt mean he will get my every pain.this news will shattered him.
Salman look at her amazed -You never said anything for Sanskar before and now knowing how much you knew his pain its shocked for me.I thought you dont care him !
Swara said vulnerably -I care him and always care for him.And i know how much it hurt knowing you cant protect your love.the one you always wanted to see happy anyhow.I am suffering from it past ten years but not in hell i will let HIM suffer more.
Salman said doubtly-Swara you only said Sanskar cant live without now what ?Did he will survive if something happened to you !
Swara smile bitterly – Well I think time have finally make him start living without me.breathe without me now.
Salman -What are you going to do ?you should know from tommorow I will start your treatment !
Swara -How much time i can survive with meditation !
Salman shockingly -What do you mean !you are going to get treatment!you dont have to survive because i will make sure you live!
Swara – Salman just last favor and i will do what you say please.
Salman is now more then shocked seeing Swara so vulnerable and so much in pain.
Salman said in disbelief -Swara you know what are asking !You are again gambling your life and this time for Sanskar not Arjun !
Swara painly -I have told you I care him and i know more then my love.Now tell me how much i can get along with meditation.
Salman said dejectly -Two month then you have to come to me for treatment.
Swara whisper -you know Salman I have wish ….a wish to see my whole family again with each other.and see my children and HIM with them smiling and happy.a last wish.
Salman look now shocked to be death -Are you serious those who cant stand each other site and the hate and revenge which they all have each can make it happened !its impossible.
Swara smirk and said with arrogance -You know Salman ,its time To have rollar coaster ride and too much confrontation,too much passion,too much mystery to be solved and most importantly this time its not going to be revenge but Love !And I SWARA MALIK WILL MAKE IT HAPPENED THIS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE I AM POSSIBLE AGAIN.
and that moment started the biggest gambling of her life.

Swara come back to present hearding the laughing of everyone on Pari and Arav mimmicking on Arnav .She look at her whole family and smile heartdly .Finally she have done it. She saw Sanskar teasing Arjun and Arohi.and then her phone beeped she saw it was Salman message reminding about her medicines.She now feel torned she still didnt have thought about Sanskar,he is so much in her and then her confession have made many thing impossible.Her cancer is in second stage because of her delayed and now she dont have time to delay more,She dont have any idea about her survival but she can never let Sanskar destroying again.
Kabir look ahead to see his mom and dad are coming he smile .
Everyone turned to welcome Mr Negi and Miss Singh after all the greeting everyone settled down .
Mr Negi -Kabir I am really happy my son .and Ria welcome to our family.
Kabir smile -Thanks dad.
Miss Singh (Kabir mom) look at Ria and said -you look beautiful my daughter in law to be just like princess.And Kabir mind you if you dare to hurt my beautiful daughter.
Kabir -Mom its mean you before hand have teamed with Ria!but dont worry i have my girlfriend beside me always.
Swara smile but her inside was cutting,its damm hurt to listen “always !”
Arnav -Mr Negi we still have not thought where the wedding will be held .
Mr Negi -ASR ,we would like to have engagement in Kolkata ,our most of all relatives are their.
Miss Singh -yes ,and wedding can be held at your choice.
Omkar look at his family who didnt seem to have any objection but then Swara interupted.
Swara -We agree Mr Negi ,but you see we can have destination wedding with engagement to everything in grand way in New York .after all its our Ria wedding.
Now everyone is surprised by it.
Ria confused -Hottie New york ?
Swara smile -Yes,did you not remember you always wanted to marry in New york so whats problem ?And beside Mr Negi and our relatives and friends can join us together we all can arrange it perfectly.

Swara smile and little emotionally-Sanskar and everyone please its Ria wedding and like everyone i too have dreams towards her wedding.
Kabir said to his mom and Dad- we can do this right ..I mean its about Ria and my wedding a little bit compromise is all okay.
Mr Negi think but then nodded .
Everyone smile but all were very much confused by Swara behaviour.after all the discussion Kabir and his parents bit bye to go .then Ria and kids too left for rooms.
Sara ask -Swara you are ok ?i mean you were being emotional.
Swara -No Sara i am alright ..is just Ria have grown up all women so suddenly …and soon going to marry .last i just her coming to me complaining of Suraj for destroying her drawing book and here she is going to be made her own home.
Sanskar hugged her sidely and said supportively -And she still be our daughter …and we will always be her side.
Swara eyes turned mist but she blinked back her tears.its getting for her.
Arjun -And by the way its been like years we have gone for out !New york is good choice Swara.
Swara smile -yeah..
Sujata and Raina look guilty as the words of Swara sunk them hard and they look at their daughters and sons where two are finally settle and other two are with partners who will cherish them all their life.
Omkar whisper to them -they are good now.Lets go .
Sujata and Raina nodding and left while all started cheering Swara.
Khushi tugged Samrat and said -your wife have fallen asleep !
Samrat and all look at tired Misha Raichand Gupta sleeping with open mouth at one corner leaning on shoulder of Mira.who.is smiling.
Samrat chuckling -I think its time for good night guys,my preganant wife is on roll!
All chuckle at while he carry Misha towards their room.and soon every one bit good night.Atlast Swara and Sanskar were left.
Sanskar teasingly -So..which room you think you are going?
Swara smile and said in controlling voice not to break down -Sanskar its late ,I should go.
Sanskar pulled her to him and whisper lovingly -you are forgotten you are addicted to me ,and last two we didnt talk much !and you are leaving me all alone !But you are not going to get away.
Swara pleadingly-Sanskar please..I am tired.
Sanskar stepped away her tone is sounding like begging-I am sorry Swara ,I thought ..i should know all emotional make you drain stupid me !
He chuckle looking at her guilty face.
Sanskar -Hey dont worry ..I should know you are feeling right.I think its late we should get some sleep.
Swara saw Sanskar smilingly and leaving her alone.
Tear rolled down her cheek ,it is not anymore easy.Her stomach pained again.She run towards her room and locked it then urgently run inside the bathroom and vomit hard in basin,her whole face turned sweaty she saw the blood all over white basin ,she turned tab to wash all the blood and then wash her face finally giving away all tears .its now taking roll on her!this cancer not only finishing her from inside but also started affecting the relations around her she have to plan something !

Sanskar knock Swara door ,he look at the time,its weird these days she is sleeping alot..and all started past four years ,Kabir have many times told him.She never slept so much .
Swara open the door totally feeling drowsy but her whole sleep moved out seeing Sanskar standing with two coffee .
Swara -hey ..morning.
Sanskar smile and stepped in kissing her cheek said -Now its good morning for me.
Swara shook her head and moved inside as they both settled in recliner.
Sanskar -Are you feeling alright?
Swara alert and ask calmly -Why ?Whats wrong with me ?
Sanskar -you were feeling emotional last night.
Swara realized and said -yeah..now i am fine.
Sanskar gaze at her doubtly,his instinct is screaming that something is terribly wrong and mostly she is hiding something but what !
Sanskar -Swara what you have thought now?
Swara – About what?
Sanskar- us…look every problem is over and now Ria is going to marry ,We need to marry again right!
Swara face turned pale ,She have forgotten about it.What will she do now? very much difficulty she have gotten divorce from him!and now what!!?? Her confession have ruined every thing!
Swara -Why so much hurry Sanskar..i mean its not been everything is settle and you are talking about us !
Sanskar is hurt .He knew what she is trying to do !putting them again in her work to do list at last.He have to ask her directlty he have decided.He have right to know it.
Sanskar ask calmly -Swara are you having second about our relationship!
Swara knew this is the right moment to ruined everything between them,hurt Sanskar and let him hate you to the hell now this much that he will even hate your name and never look at you ever,this small pain will save him from biggest pain of his life.
Sanskar angrily ask-Swara why are shutting up !!
And then Sanskar felt her lips on his tasting he was shocked sitting their ,She bit his lips and whisper”kiss me please!”and he did ,taking out all rubbish thoughts out of window.He felt her ravishing his lips then mouth and he let her only to kiss her back more hungrily its been so long he have felt her.their was desperation,longingness,hurt,love,obsession,and happiness.She have been craving for him,her hand were pulling him more ,and his hand were on her nape and other on her waist.atlast their need to breathe made them broke the shattering kiss.She was breathing hard just like him.His eyes were filled with love and happiness while her eyes were filled with trust and sadness.
He make her look at him raising her chin ,he whisper- I love you.
Swara eyes become teary,she blinked back trying hard not to breakdown infront of him
Sanskar kiss her eyes and said -dont hide your tears from me,i have right to be with your tears and your smiles.
She hugged him and just said desperately -please dont hate me.
Her tears were all falling on his shoulder unchecked.Sanskar was now sure something is hurting her.
He said -“you are too precious to hate you remember !”
She come back to sense ,shocking herself with her own behaviour ,she now realized she can never take his hatred these three year of distance made her realized it hard.
She is addicted to his smiles.
She is addicted to his sweet nothing words.
She is addicted to his way of showing his concern.
She is addicted to his possession on her.
She is addicted to his laugh.
She is addicted to his intense gaze.
She is addicted to his loving her.
She is addicted to his anger.
She is addicted to his distrust on her.
She is addicted to his breathing which mixed with her.
She is addicted to him more then anything.
She cant take his hatred towards all those years she have never saw hatred in his eyes for ,she have just saw love,desire,madness and she always wanted to see it.
Swara come close to him,hitting her forhead with his ,she ask -Will you do something for me ?
Sanskar was stunned her every gesture is just making him more and more to snapped his control to take her right on this recliner ,He look at her with dark eyes -you dont need to ask me jaan !
Swara kissing his lips softly said – please take me with you away from here,away from everything to New york .You always have plans please for me ,take me away.
Sanskar look shocked but he immediately started his brain to finalize everything he said-Swara..are you fine ?you are sounding vulnerable and if this is what you wanted ,i am ok with it.We can postponed Ria wedding and tell them i have some producers issues, and Suraj still needed rest for a while.and beside Pari still is upset not getting time with us.we can plan family holiday and Ria too can have time with Kabir,while Sameer ,Sanju,Pari are so much angry with me..-before he could say more Swara shut him up with fierce kiss and giggle “you are best and you are mine ,always will be ,no one can make me away from you Mr Maheshwari!”she whisper gazing in his eyes who have been now frozen on spot.

Swara look down guilty and glance at Sanskar,Suraj who are practically have anger of volcano and hurt !!
Dr Salman Khan -Sanskar everything is ready and by now her operation thing is finally ready.Her cancer is in second stage we can only say something after operation.
Sanskar ask hopely -She will ok right ?
Salman -Sanskar i too wanted it and beside she is going well ,in two days i will prepare for operation and after that we can have reports.
Swara saw teary Sanskar and totally sad Suraj who is verge of tears.
Swara angrily said -Dr Salman Khan shut up,I know i will be survive and i can survive from this so called cancer and i love my life !
