Shivaay while driving looked at unconscious annika “what is wrong with her? Why she fainted? I’m idiot number one of this world I did friendship with her without even knowing about her completely I mean I should’ve investigated about her health too…just went behind her to relief her pain well I didn’t know the reason behind her pain and when I started getting it this fainting GOD! Where the hell hospitals went no hospital nearby…wait I should try sprinkling some water on her… yes! Great idea…” thought shivaay and stopping by the road side he sprinkled some water on her face and she blinked her eyes “thank God” shivaay smiled and she looked at him “why you sprinkled water on me?” annika whispered holding her head “are you okay?” shivaay forwarded her the water bottle “yes! What will happen to me?” annika sit properly giving a smiled “anything can happen to anyone at any time” shivaay looked straight “you said that in morning too” annika wiped the water off her face “umm yeah but I didn’t know it will turn so true… do you even know you fainted in the garden?” shivaay looked at her “shit! really again?” thought annika “umm how would I remember if I was the one who fainted” annika chuckled “annika PJ” shivaay smiled and started driving “ummm” annika looked at shivaay
“you can ask whatever you want annika” shivaay looked at her “yeah where are we going?” annika asked fidgeting her fingers “hospital or any clinic whatever comes first” shivaay said in a serious tone “but whats the need shivaay I’m fine now” annika frowned “well I’m not Gonna listen to you this time…we are going so its final that we are going” shivaay didn’t looked at her “umm….I’m saying na I’m fine so what’s the need?” annika tried convincing him “I know how much fine you’re and we don’t know the reason behind your sudden faint so we are going” shivaay looked at her “well maybe empty stomach” annika smiled “lame excuse annika we had our lunch and then we went on walk” shivaay looked at her shooked his head “but” annika bit her lower lip “why you’re so scared of going there are you afraid of hospital or you’re hiding something from me?” shivaay looked into her eyes for a sec and looked straight again “nothing like that” annika smiled and looked straight “here we go” shivaay applied and taking annika along he entered a clinic though it was small clinic but at that time all that mattered was her short checkup… they entered the clinic and doctor checked her “I have no idea why she fainted if you could tell your medical history then I can guess?” doctor looked at both “umm I never had a checkup before I never fainted and never went to clinic even I never fall sick” annika smiled frowningly “really?” shivaay surprisingly looked at her “yeah” annika smiled “well than I suggest you to take her to hospital I’ll prefer you to go to this hospital to doctor…{secret for now}” doctor handed them a slip in which he wrote hospital and the doctor’s name “asap!” doctor smiled and they left the clinic and sat in car…
“he is scaring you no need to visit the hospital” annika rolled her eyes “listen” shivaay was about to say but his cell started ringing “wait” he signed and attended call “yes?” shivaay said “work is done come now” POC said and shivaay smiling “okay” and disconnected “I’ve a surprise for you…” shivaay started his car and drove off…
Annika’s POV
“listening the same line once again but by the different person ‘I’ve a surprise for you’ these lines reminded me of my past the bitter past which I try to forget but never was able to do that one or the other thing reminds me of him how can these lines matches do they have met? Or is it just a mere coincidence? Whatever is it but what the surprise is? Is he going to do same with me? the same proposal surprise? And then leave? No! I won’t let that happen again whenever I try to think positive because of his positive moves something comes and stops me from thinking that just few hours before I thought he is different but now the thought is changing again why he says things like he used to say he can use other words too… well I can’t jump to conclusions without seeing the surprise but if it will be same I’ll kill him and slap too and then kick him”

“don’t think much I promise you it won’t hurt you” shivaay’s voice reached her eras “who won’t hurt me?” annika jerked “surprise” shivaay smiled and stopped the car infront of a house “where we are?” annika questioned looking at a flat “my house” shivaay smiled and unlocking the belt came out of the car and walked to her side and opened door for her “but why are we here?” annika stepped out of car “come na” shivaay smiled “but tell me first” annika’s fear was clear on her face “don’t you trust me this much I promise you it isn’t something bad and not even what you’re thinking I swear on you” shivaay assured her and she smiled and walked with him but still fear was there… they entered and some man’s were sitting in the hall “who are they?” annika clenched on shivaay’s arm “annika this is the only surprise” shivaay looked into her eyes and she into his…
“I was scared seeing them but his eyes soothed me and I was able to overcome that fear just little” annika thought and moved with him still clenching his arm “welcome mr. oberoi your work is done” a man stood and hand shake him “we were amazed we never heard such a good voice” another man stood up and forwarded his hand “we will be lucky to have her and release some albums with her” 3rd man stood up and smiled…annika was confused something was clear and some was left she was able to understand they were talking about her only and her voice but why that was the question roaming in her mind “here is the agreement paper sign it and welcome to our studio we will be glad if you sign it today only” 1st man forwarded a file to shivaay and he took hold of it and turned to annika to face her “you can read it and send it to us later but by night” man said and left closing the door, now shivaay and annika were alone in that flat…
“annika! I don’t know what you thought about us being here… maybe something has happened with you before that’s why you were scared to come with me in my house and many man’s and I don’t even want to refresh those memories… but I want to tell you one thing that I’m not that bad I maybe bad but not in a way to hurt or cheat girls I have a mom and a sis not by blood but by name but still she is like my sis so I do know what a girl is and how we should treat her… btw leave all this… here read it and sign it” shivaay handed her the file “what is this shivaay?” annika looked at file “your voice I want it to reach to the ears of whole India… they will be signing you as their studio singer and you know what happens than?” shivaay smiled “why you doing this?” annika looked at him “I don’t want you to crush your dreams because of someone else and just helping you to achieve it” shivaay started walking “I’m sorry” annika held his hand and stopped “why you are saying sorry again?” shivaay looked at her… “I’m sorry I thought so wrong about you *tear layered formed in her eyes*
I thought wrong a lot wrong about you…I’m sorry…I thought of killing you…” she started crying and before she could collapse shivaay held her and she hugged him and they both sat on floor with she hugging but he wasn’t reciprocating but just holding her… he was also a human he was helping her and she was planning to kill him, he was shocked little “I’m sorry shivaay…I know I shouldn’t have thought like that but it isn’t in my control whenever I try to think positive about you, you say something which he used to say and then negative thoughts surrounds me I tired but I failed shivaay…even he surprised me but his surprise was proposal of marriage which he broke later… I’m so sorry… shivaay I never wanted to make any friend again but you came and I did friendship with you but some things match a lot… not nature but things gesture I don’t know why but” she stopped and shivaay reciprocated the hug with tears in his eyes “annika ssshhhh stop crying it’s okay I’m okay with it never mind stop crying I can understand…”
shivaay creased her hair and she stopped saying anything but kept on sobbing “it’s not your fault” shivaay tried consoling “I’m scared of going to someone’s house shivaay… I can’t help in that he took me to his house” she sobbed “what happened annika?” shivaay caressed her hair “he did wrong a lot wrong with me he used me for his entertainment…for his lust he just used me he just” she stopped again she wasn’t able to say more her throat got heavy and he understood a lot and tightened the hug “bus annika bus chup hojao mein samajh gaya hu buhut achy se ke kya hua tha” shivaay wiped off her tears and new fell “stop annika no more tears… look you made me cry too! Stop it now otherwise I’ll faint of over crying” shivaay chuckled and she smiled little “stay smiling like this only…and now sign it fast I need to give it back to them read fast” shivaay forwarded the file again and wiping off her tears she signed it “annika you haven’t read it” shivaay pointed toward the file “I trust you and I’ll not doubt you I’ll try my best to never think positive” annika smiled and handed him the file “where is washroom” annika stood up “there” shivaay pointed toward a door and she walked in and locked the door

Annika moved toward the basin and opening the tap she washed her face and looked into mirror flashback of the moment which she just shared with shivaay flashed in mirror and she again splashed some water on her face “I need to trust at any cost” she closed the tap and walked out shivaay was sitting on couch she was facing his back she moved near him and was about to touch his shoulder when his cell rang and he picked it up screen was flashing with a pic and name on it “Daksh calling”
Annika saw it “Daksh” muttering this she fell on floor and shivaay turned to see her all numb on floor he immediately went to her “what happened annika?” shivaay held her hand “you know daksh” annika looked into his eyes with her red eyes “yes… do you know him?” shivaay looked back “how can I forget him” annika stammered and held her head with one hand and stomach with one “annika please say something” shivaay shooked her “shivaay daksh” she moved back sliding on floor “he” she stood up and looked at shivaay “is he the one?” shivaay moved near her standing “shivaay daksh” she kept on muttering “annika tell me is he the one” shivaay shouted there was anger in his voice his eyes turned grey with redness in his eyes annika was shocked seeing him so angry and looked into his “shivaay” she whispered “nothing else say yes or no!” shivaay looked into her hazel orbs
“yes!” annika held his hand “yes he is the one my love my ex-boyfriend” annika tighten the grip “daksh did this” shivaay was taken aback “how could he do this” shivaay gets sad “how could he do this annika how?” he shouted he wasn’t able to control the truth he heard about daksh “I don’t know why but he did shivaay” annika left his hand “my best friend did this annika” shivaay bit his right hand index finger in anger his eyes were showing how much hurt he was…and anger he bit his own finger to control his anger too…
“shivaay stop it” annika pulled out his finger which was having blood stain now “I’m sorry annika… my bestie did all that with you” shivaay folded his hands infront of her “shivaay” annika held his hand “no don’t stop I’m feeling so” shivaay was cut in mid “leave it shivaay please” annika looked at him “annika let’s leave” shivaay held her hand and picking up the file left the flat he pushed her in car in hurry and sitting on driving seat drove off… “what annika here?” daksh muttered seeing them leaving as he was parking his car “maybe I’m imaging that girl could be anyone” daksh laughed and entered the flat…

Annika was gathering all the incident just happened in shivaay’s flat and shivaay was driving in full anger though he was angry but he didn’t drive harshly as annika was with him…
Shivaay’s POV
“I thought daksh is a nice guy… but he isn’t he cheated her used her…I don’t know what to do I’ll kill that bastard he showed he is nothing but a dog no I can’t compare him with dogs… dogs are much better than him at least loyal… but he… he is worse than animals…how could he cheat her and what he did with her that she is scared…alone and afraid…I can’t bear it I’ll not bear him anymore from today own our friendship will be over I’ll send him behind bars…”

In these thoughts they reached cottage and annika went in followed by shivaay…
“annika listen to me” shivaay stopped her from going to her room “yes?” annika turned to him “please tell me what he did annika I’ll not leave him” shivaay looked at her “that doesn’t matter now” annika turned away “annika you can’t do this with yourself… I know it is hard to tell but not impossible to tell, why you are saving him? What’s the use annika? Today he did this with you next he will do it with someone else please tell me I’ll send him behind bars” shivaay held her hand “what do you think? I don’t know what he did was wrong… shivaay I know everything but I can’t see him being destroyed and don’t you dare sending him behind bars” annika jerked off his hand “annika how could you say this?” shivaay looked at her shocked “by love I love him shivaay I love him” annika looked at shivaay with tears “how could you still love him?” shivaay shooked his head
“I don’t want to tell you why but I know I love him my love was true not fake weather his was fake or not… I don’t care he cheated me… he spoilt my life… I just love him” annika looked away “annika he is not a human he is bastard” shivaay shouted seeing her nonsense “how dare you” annika turned and slapped him shivaay was shocked he felt as some earth slipped under his foot he was taken aback “mr oberoi stay in your limits who the hell are you to point a finger on my love? Who? None! I called you friend that doesn’t mean you have right to interfere in my life…” annika pushed him out of the cottage and he fell on floor annika looked at him “never show me your face ever again dare not to touch him” annika shut the door on his face while his hand got hurt with the door and started bleeding “careless” shivaay muttered in a cracking voice and picked a bell… shivaay in anger turned toward his car and punched the mirror of the back seat and his hand started bleeding more “I promise I’ll not show you my face ever again annika” shivaay sat in his car and drove off in anger and hurt only driving full harshly!

Annika started breaking things in anger she wasn’t able to understand herself only… she was feeling hurt on hurting shivaay and was angry on shivaay for abusing daksh when he deserves this!
He feet’s started bleeding as the glass pieces of broken vases pricked in… her gaze stopped on the file of signing agreement and she tore that into pieces “I will never do anything against his wish I love you” annika fell on her knees and bursts into tears… her friends her pets were hiding in a corner seeing her breaking things…

Shivaay was crying he was hurt first time in his life… he did something for someone first time without thinking about himself he roamed with her in a simple manner not so classy he tried taking her pain away so she can live peacefully… he first time did something for someone else who wasn’t his childhood friend nor family but a stranger… he did without any greed of anything! He was broken and hurt… he wasn’t able to handle the pain she gave him… a friend of him ruthless businessman became a sweet person for her but what she did was just hurt him…lost in thoughts he was driving on the speed of 220… and BUM! And many people gathered…
