Non- cooperation issued against Gauahar Khan by the Federation of Western India Cine Employees

Actor Gauahar Khan didn’t see this coming. She found herself in an unanticipated fix yesterday when an FIR was registered in her name and she was facing quite the wrath owing to have allegedly flouted COVID-19  and shooting for a project. Last night, her team went on to issue a clarification that Khan tested negative for COVID-19 and attached her report as well. However, now the Federation of Western India Cine Employees has issued a non-cooperation notice against her for two months for violation of the government rules on the Covid norms for film shooting.

Speaking to ETimes TV, BM Tiwari, president FWICE said, “It was a very irresponsible act by Gauahar Khan, she not only risked her life but others who were on the set.”

Earlier Khan tested positive for COVID-19 and was asked by the BMC officials to stay in home quarantine but had gone for the shoot of her film.  It is learnt that the March 11 Covid report of Gauahar Khan was positive but she was going on set with a negative report that was acquired by her from Delhi.

The BMC officials landed at her place and had to take the police help for getting Khan’s cooperation. Now she has a home quarantine stamp on her hand and will not be able to step out for a stipulated period of time.
