Non Bailable warrant issued against choreographer Remo Dsouza

Maker of Dance Plus and very renowned choreographer Remo Dsouza, has landed in big trouble. He has been issued a non bailable warrant by the Gazhiabad court for not appearing in the court hearing of a case of fraud running against him.

As per the reports, in 2016, a case was filed against Dsouza by Satyendra Tyagi, a resident of Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad wherein he alleged that Remo has borrowed a sum of Rs. 5 crores from him for the purpose of making a film. He took the money on the premise that the money he is borrowing will be returned back to the lender as soon as his movie releases. He even promised to give not just 5 crores but an extra 5 crore too. He was then entitled to return a total of 10 crores.

After he failed to keep his promise, Tyagi filed a case against him and Remo even failed to appear before the court for his hearing. Owing to the same, a non bailable warrant has been issued against Dsouza by Gazhiabad court.

As per a report in Indian Express, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Atish Kumar stated that a warrant was issued by additional chief judicial magistrate Mahendra Rawat and will be served to the choreographer in Mumbai after receiving permission from the Inspector General of Police, Meerut Zone.
