Scene 1
Dublo is called in witness box. He stands there and glares at Tettar. He takes oath to say truth. Lawyer asks him to tell about himself. Dublo tells he is Tettar’s son and Bablu’s brother. Lawyer says he will clarify what happened that night. All look on. Dublo says Tettar was scared of Nimki’s success and he didnt want her to do successful fashion show. Babbu shouts that he is lying, my father is not scared of anyone. Judge asks him to shut up. Dublo says that night Tettar left house, he cameback and was covered in cow dung, Babbu got angry and went to kill Nimki. Lawyer says Kripa Shankar said Babbu didnt know about cow dung incident but he did. Babbu says to his lawyer he is changing everything.
Tunee is outside and worried. He gets Sweety’s call. She asks if everything is fine? Tunee says yes, Dublo is inside. Sweety says I am scared, they were planning to kill Dublo. Tunee says they got hitman for him but he is fine, Nimki will get justice, Sweety says you are right, she will get justice. She ends call. Mai asks whom were you calling? did they kill Dublo? Sweety says what will happen will happen, your both sons are alive, are you happy? Mai says what if anything happens to Babbu? how will I live? Sweety says like you would live if Dublo died, she leaves. Mai is worried about Dublo.
In court, Shankar asks Dublo how is his relation with Tettar? Dublo says he never trusted me, he thinks I will shame him because I am not a goon like him, he thinks Babbu is his pride, he will take his legacy ahead. Shankar says he is jealous as Tettar trusted Babbu instead of him so he came here to give statement against Babbu, his fake statement can send Babbu to jail, he gave you money to start your business and he always took your side against your father. Dublo says there was a time when I thought he loved me. Shankar asks if he is here because he is angry on Babbu? Dublo recalls how Babbu gave him money for business. Dublo says to Nimki that I am sorry. Nimki is tensed.
Scene 2
Muaha says if someone forced me to give statement against Nimki then I wouldnt, I thought Dublo would not take our side but he did. Nahar says lawyer can change things when he points on Dublo’s character, Dublo always cheated people. Muaha says you are right. Nahar says Dublo can change statements.
Shankar asks Dublo in court if Nimki gave him money to lie? Nimki’s lawyer asks him to not harass Dublo. Dublo says Nimki took me as her brother, when my father was not me, she took my side, I couldnt stop what happened with her, I couldnt protect her. Nimki says no, you came here putting your life at risk and that means a lot to me. She tells judge that they fired at Dublo and tried to kill him last night. Dublo says yes, I had to run last night, he says Babbu’s marriage with Nimki was for head seat only, they insulted her, when she tried to take her seat as head of village, they beat her infront of me.
PRECAP- Ritu says to Shankar that this case is slipping from our hands. Shankar says to Tettar that your own family member is going against you so what can I do? seems like Babbu is going to jail. Babbu is tensed.
