Scene 1
Nima is walking on the road and finds Sunita sleeping on the road. She rushes to her and asks if she is fine? Sunita says who are you to question me? Suresh comes there and asks her to calm down. Nima says why is she sleeping outside the house? Sunita says it’s my house so I can sleep outside if I want. Suresh asks Nima to leave, I am here with her. Tulika hears them and comes out. She asks if they are back? Tulika asks Suresh to say sorry and come back. Suresh says I won’t say sorry.
Maaji asks Suman to do as I say, Paras wants to bring some poor girl here but I won’t let it happen.
Tulika tells Suresh to say sorry. Sunita says you have lost money also, I am hungry so just say sorry. Suresh says I won’t say sorry. Tulika asks Varun to come inside,
Nima calls Bakay and says I brought the store-room keys with me, Maaji will be angry so I will come back and give it to you. Nari says I will go with you.
Suresh and Sunita sit by the side of the road. Suresh brings biscuits and says I didn’t have more money. Suresh recalls how Nima was thrown out of the house. Suresh says we did wrong with her, she was with small kids. We can’t even spend a night out but Nima had to spend so many nights with my small daughters, they didn’t have money so I don’t know how they survived. I feel kind of happy as I am reaping for my deeds. Sunita says what are you saying? This is your arrogance for which I am paying for. Did you forget what Nima did with Varun? That’s why we threw her out of the house. Suresh says I am sure Tulika was behind that also, I don’t think Nima did anything wrong. A goon tries to attack them, Suresh shoos him away. Sunita cries and says I want to go back home. Suresh says I am not going to say sorry to Tulika. Sunita says I will break your arrogance. She starts begging on the streets. Suresh tries to stop her but Nima-Nari arrive there. They are stunned to see Sunita begging on the streets. Nima says Ayi? She asks Suresh why are you both on the road? Tell me what happened? Suresh looks away. Nima says tell me everything Suresh.
Babita tells Paras that I know you are in this mess because of me, I am sorry. Paras says it’s not your fault, they would never accept Mania, they can never accept a simple girl. I forgot that I don’t have a right to make my decisions, don’t worry about me. He makes her eat.
Suresh tells Nima how Tulika took the house in her name and threw them out of the house. Nima says how can she do that? Why did you give the papers? Sunita says I don’t know but he needed 5 lacs for something and he put his house in debt for that. Then Tulika got the house and now we are on the road. Nima is stunned and says those 5 lacs.. Sunita says I will go back to my home, Suresh has to say sorry to her. Suresh says if I say sorry then she will stoop lower. Sunita says I can’t die on the road, I want to go back home. Nima says you both can’t stay on the road. Come with me, your place is in that society.
Sia asks Mania to calm down. Mania says I could hear his family and they were angry. I knew we can never be together, I shouldn’t have dreamed of being with him. We are just poor people so we can’t marry into rich families.
Nima brings Sunita and Suresh to society. She says you both will stay at my house. Suresh says you don’t have to do that. Nima says you gave away everything for us, I know you are not my husband but I can’t you both be on the streets, I won’t be able to sleep like that. Sunita says I won’t go to Nima’s house. Nima says think about Suresh’s helplessness, my doors are open for you. Nima takes Suresh aside and says you should have informed me how you got the money, I am sorry for your condition. Suresh says I did everything for my kids. This is all Tulika’s fault, I will become stronger like you. Nima says okay, just come to my house. She leaves.
Nima tells her daughters that we will have to adjust for some days. Mania says baba did so much for us so we can adjust for some days. Nari says I am not worried about them living here but Tulika will make a scene. Sunita is also against us. Nima says don’t think about all that, we have to help them for now. They all nod.
Suresh asks Sunita to go to Nima’s house. Sunita says she is showing like she is above us. Suresh says then we will have to live on the streets. You know how many goons are there, we don’t have another choice. Sunita looks on.
Precap: Suresh and Sunita reach Nima’s home. Sunita hesitates to go inside. Nima asks her to come in. Sunita hugs her. Tulika gets shocked seeing that. Next morning, neighbors taunt Tulika whether Suresh left her and is going to marry Nima again, or what? Suresh is stitching a button on his shirt that he’s wearing. Nima asks who does like that? Give it to me. She stitches it and then goes closer to him to cut the thread with her teeth. Tulika sees that and gets furious.
