Since a few days, the rumor mills are abuzz that Gaurav Chopra will be the new Mr. Bajaj in Ekta Kapoor’s show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Since the time Karan Singh Grover made his exit from the show, the hunt for new Mr. Bajaj is on and finally we know for sure. After a lot of speculations and media reports Ekta Kapoor has finally chosen her new Mr. Bajaj among Karan Patel, Gaurav Chopraa and Sharad Kelkar.
And yes, Mr. Bajaj is none other than Karan Patel. Karan was last seen playing Raman Bhalla on her superboy show Yeh Hain Mohabbatein. A source informs a leading entertainment portal that the final decision was made only very gently that Karan Patel will step into Karan Singh Grover shoes to play Rishabh Bajaj.
That’s not all, we have also learnt that Karan will start shooting for the show in the coming week. However, be prepared for some rejig – a reliable source tells us that his look will be drastically different from the one channeled by Karan Singh Grover, and his entry will bring about a big turning point in the story. Mr. Bajaj’s character has been one of the most important in ones in Anurag (Parth Samthaan) and Prerna’s (Erica Fernandes) life.
Last year too before Ekta introduced Karan Singh Grover as Mr. Bajaj, there had been lots of name doing rounds as to who will get to essay the role.
Now after KSG’s exit, it will be interesting to see how Karan Patel brings to life the character of Mr. Bajaj. Let’s see how his fans react to the update. We’re sure they would be over the moon.
