Neerja tries to reach out to the lawyer and gets tensed when he doesn’t answer her calls. Shefali asks Neerja where the lawyer is, we just have 5 mins left. Neerja says that he isn’t answering her calls, what will they do now? The lawyer walks to Neerja and says he won’t fight this case anymore because Mr.Partho is a genius lawyer and if he loses his record will be ruined so he is backing out.
In the court, Kaushik’s trial begins. Didun bribes the lawyer not to take Chakri’s case, hoping to stop Neerja. Didun and Shabbo Rani eagerly watch the proceedings, hoping Neerja fails.
The judge threatens to cancel the hearing if Chakri’s lawyer doesn’t show up soon. Neerja steps forward, determined to fight for Chakri’s justice. She hands a letter to the judge, saying she wants to represent Chakri. Abeer pulls her aside, asking her to reconsider, but she won’t back down. The judge warns Abeer to behave.
Kaushik’s lawyer opposes Neerja’s involvement, saying she’s not experienced enough. But Neerja argues fiercely for her right to represent Chakri and gives the necessary documents. The judge lets her go ahead.
Bijoy talks to the lawyer, who’s confident he can beat Neerja in court. Meanwhile, Neerja accuses Kaushik of attempted rape and shows Chakri’s postmortem report as proof. Even though Kaushik’s lawyer objects, Neerja insists Chakri told her the truth before she died.
Neerja questions Bijoy about Kaushik’s whereabouts during the pooja, but he claims ignorance. Neerja suggests Kaushik could have been in Chakri’s room, prompting Bijoy to leave. She asks the judge to note Kaushik’s absence during the pooja.
Next, Neerja questions Moushmi about the spiked prasaad and the song they danced to. Moushmi confirms Kaushik’s absence during the dance.
Neerja then asks Munmun about recognizing the button found on the terrace as Kaushik’s. Following that, she questions Abeer about Kaushik’s whereabouts during the pooja. Abeer insists Kaushik was dancing with him, but Neerja shows CCTV footage proving otherwise. She accuses Kaushik of trying to rape Chakri and claims he spiked the food. Abeer denies it, Neerja remains steadfast in her belief that Kaushik is guilty.
Precap: Neerja finds cigarette packet on the terrace and says this means someone helped Kaushik. Kaushik asks Didun to do something of Neerja. Didun says to him that don’t worry Neerja and proofs won’t reach the court tomorrow. Neerja on her way to court gets caught by Didun and her men.
