Shiv was shocked to see Karan with blood red eyes. Shiv know that Karan is his end (Kaal).

Karan suddenly applied an injection to him and he got paralysed.
He went inside with his paralysed body tauji looked at him, he got worried after looking shiv.

He went near him and again karan applied the same injection to tauji he too got a paralytic attack.
Karan – Today I will give you a horrible death. You tried to kill my Naina, you killed khyati.
Shiv (in his mind) – Tried to kill Naina. I killed her
Karan – Ohhh yes what you guys are thinking tried to kill Naina. But shiv you killed her na… Hahahaha no my Naina is Alive she is not dead this was just a drama…
A flashback is played Naina started breathing heavily Karan was with her Vishal was treating her, situation came undercontrol Karan smiled
Vishal – She is out of comma.
Karan – No she is no more…..
Vishal – Karan what the hell are you saying?
Karan – yes Vishal for Naina’s safety please don’t tell anyone that she is ok.
Vishal nodded.
Karan came out of the room and after 20 minutes Vishal gave this fake bad news to everyone even Sharda and meghnal don’t know what is truth.
In Hospital (presently)
Sharda (Crying) – Its all my fault
Kunal – Sharda maa what are you saying what fault?
Sharda – Naina’s disease…. My fault…..
Meghna – Maa what are you saying??..

Naina was in market buying some college stuff a man passed from their and a needle pinched her

He smiled and left
Sharda took Naina home…. After 15 days Naina was diagnosed with that disease
Doctor – Sharda ji if you have took her 10 days before…. Toh shayad mai….
Sharda cried and remembered all the incidents happened….

Karan was beating him
Shiv – Yeah hit mee karan… Vese I Killed khyati I gave your Naina a disease which can’t be treated and Khyati too I gave her disease.

Shiv smiled!
And he told the same story to karan
Karan got more angry and pushed him from the window and taauji’s left side got paralysed due to overdose and he too died
At Hospital
Sharda was crying as well as Meghnal
Karan went and hugged Sharda
Karan – She is alive.

Vishal came out
Vishal – Sharda ji vo sahi keh rha hai. Naina is alive
Karan told him all the story happened their and and truth about Naina. Vishal was happy as today her khyati got justice Sharda was happy because she got her daughter and Meghnal got Naina back…..
After 6 months.
Karan got a job and Naina is perfectly fine.
Their Marriage Day all rituals happened peacefully Naina and Karan are Nairan now.
