Nach Baliye’s host Rithvik Dhanjani welcomes the viewers on Nach Baliye Daily Panchnama. He greets the contestants. Payal says she thought to wear denim clothes. Rithvik asks Sangram about his choice of clothes as he is a wrestler. He asks about the rehearsals. Nandish says it was good. A video clip of their rehearsals is shown. Nandish tells about his experience. Rithvik asks about his act. Upen says they will focus on dance. Rithvik asks about their expectations to hear from Chetan Bhagat. A video clipping of Chetan Bhagat is shown. He made remarks on the couple and says he wants to see if they are real couple or reality couple. He says love is happening even on whatsapp.

Rithvik says Nach winner for this week( Himanshu- Amruta) and Love challenge winner ( Aishwarya- Rohit) will be safe for this week. He says yesterday they got Nach power and tells about the benefit. He says whoever you have chosen will be safe and they will not be eliminated this week. He says it is necessary for you to choose a couple and tells about its reason. Jai says nobody should ask questions or reasons. Shakti tells about the different comments by the judges. He says they should be judge by the three categories and politics should not be entertained. Rithvik says this year Nach is too much. He says the way is difficult. Sana says it is really good.

Rithvik asks Aishwarya- Rohit and Amruta- Himanshu to choose the safest couple. He asks Himanshu and Amruta to choose first. They writes the couple name and puts in the box. Rithvik asks Rohit and Aishwarya to choose next. They write the name and put in the box. Payal says Sangram went to them and requests to nominate them as safest couple. Rithvik says amongst the two chosen couple, one will be safe only. You both (Himanshu-Amruta and Aishwarya- Rohit) have to compete for the safest couple. He says you have to do arm wrestling during face off challenge. He asks the girls to do arm wrestling and says whoever wins will safe their chosen couple.

Everyone cheer for Aishwarya and Amruta. Mrunal says she didn’t think that Amruta can have so much strength. Amruta is about to win, but gives up. Aishwarya says we were hurt and had broken our hands. Their husbands Rohit and Himanshu start arm wrestling. Himanshu wins. Aishwarya says our chosen couple is not safe. Rithvik says Himanshu and Amruta’s chosen couple will be safe for this week. Rohit feels bad as he couldn’t safe his chosen couple. Rithvik says you will know about the two chosen couples tomorrow. He asks them to go for rehearsals.

Upen and Karishma start rehearsing on a song. Shakti says he has a back pain and is difficult to practice. Sangram says he wants to prove to be a good dancer. Upen says he wants to dance. Mrunal says Sharad is not a professional dancer and she is also not a dancer. Pooja says they have to work hard. Dipesh says they will be performing on a song. Rithvik says first week of Nach is over and we got 2 top scorers. He says we will meet tomorrow at Nach Baliye’s stage where Nach will be too much.
