The Episode starts with Doctor operating on Arjun in the hospital. Sunny comes there and asks Pinky what doctor told. Pinky says they took him inside. Sunny says everything will be fine. Nandu cries. Amma asks pinky to handle her. Pinky crosses her eye balls and makes Nandu laugh. Sunny asks Pinky and Amma to go home and says I will be here. Pinky says we will not go until Arjun gains consciousness. Gagan is leaving from Ram’s house silently. Ram and Nalini comes infront of him. Ram asks Gagan to come inside. Doctor asks Nurse to arrange AB negative blood soon. Pinky hears and tells that Maa’s blood is AB negative. Amma says Ram will not let Nalini give blood. Doctor tells that they are giving him blood which was in the hospital blood bank and asks Pinky to call blood donors.
Sunny tells that last donor’s number is remaining and hopes she gives the blood. Doctor says if anyone wants to meet Arjun, then one person can meet him. Pinky goes inside the ward and sees Arjun. She says everyone comes to share your happiness, but whoever helps in sad times is precious. She says you entered my life like a hero and saved my life. She says just like nobody likes Tendulkar gets out in game, I don’t like to see you on the bed. She asks to which pari I shall go, who can treat you. Nalini calls Pinky. Pinky comes out and talks to Nalini. Nalini asks about Arjun’s condition. Pinky tells that Arjun needs AB negative blood and asks will you donate blood to him. Nalini says I will call you later and ends the call seeing Ram. Sunny asks what did Nalini say? Pinky says Maa will never go against Papa. Nurse tells Doctor that this is the last unit of blood.
Doctor tells Pinky that they need to arrange more blood else he will slip in coma. Doctor checks Arjun and asks Nurse to get injection ready. Nalini tells Ram that she wants to help the truth. Ram tells that he is not helping Gagan, but helping himself and wants to become head of all Brahmin societies. He says you are my wife and you shall help me always. He makes her swear that she will not tell this to anyone, else don’t fill her sindoor in her hairline. Nalini swears on him. Ram thanks her and asks her to get his stuff shifted to her room. Nalini thinks he has again made her helpless and thinks may be I can do something. She calls Pinky. Pinky says I will talk to you later. Nalini says I am ready to give blood to Arjun ji and says I can’t do anything for my daughter, but I will do this for Arjun. She says where to come? I don’t know the roads. Pinky says I am coming to take you. She asks her not to tell Ram. Nalini says you want me to lie. Pinky says Papa tells Gita’s words on the stage. She tells Amma and Arjun’s father that she is going to take Arjun. She runs out and waits for driver. She thinks what to do and starts running.
Nalini serves food to Ram. Ram asks what happened to her. Nalini says she is having pain in her head and asks can I go to room and rests for sometime. Ram says ok, go and rest. Nalini rushes to room and keeps pillows as if she is sleeping. Gagan tells Gita that he has to run before Arjun gets fine. Gita hopes that Arjun shall die. Gagan gets an idea to kill Arjun.
Precap: Nalini tells Pinky that she can’t jump off from the window. Arjun gets critical. Gagan hires a ward boy to kill Arjun.
