The Episode starts with Mahek asking her friends, how is she looking? They compliment her. Mahek tells that she is going to Newyork to sign some papers, on Rishabh’s behalf. The friend praises her. Mahek tells that Rishabh never wanted to see her in white dress and that’s why she is wearing these clothes, and came in this avatar. Pratha looks at Rishabh’s frame in the party which falls down. She picks it and gets teary eyes, recalling his words as the frame falls down. Mahek comes to her and asks what is she doing? Pratha says this frame fell down. Mahek tells her that there is a secret room in this house and asks her to come. She thinks to throw her inside, and says let Shakti do what he wants. Pratha thinks she heard about the secrets behind the locked doors which shock us. Mahek asks her
Shakti walks towards Pratha. Yeh tere galliyan plays…Mahek thinks she is really Pratha, that means she is alive. Urvashi comes to Mahek. Mahek says she saw something which shocked her. Urvashi says first we shall cut the cake, it is getting late. Everyone claps for Mahek and sings happy birthday. Mahek is about to cut the cake, when they hear animal roaring sound. Urvashi says this is some animal sound. Mahek thinks Pratha is doing this. Just then suddenly the storm comes and the things fall down. Urvashi sees the moonlight falling on Mahek and asks everyone to go out. She asks Mahek what she wanted to say. Mahek says Kiara is Pratha. Urvashi says I know and she turns into Pratha. Pratha asks if she got shock. Mahek asks who was there, whom I locked in the secret room. The snake lady is someone else, Shakti hides seeing her. Pratha says everyone will come here in 1 min and you will become Naagin instead of Hina. She says she will read a mantra and they will get freeze and forget everything. They come inside and get shocked seeing Mahek as half naagin. Pratha freezes everyone. She clears Mahek’s misunderstanding and says I am Shesh Naagin and not you. Mahek says last time you was saved, but not this time. She says I will burn you and spits fire from her mouth. Pratha counter attacks her on her and says you are not sister, but a betrayal. She says you have killed my husband, my baby, my trust, kept me in the illusion that my husband is a betrayal, but you was betrayal. She says today I will take revenge for everything. She attacks Mahek as snake Mujhe Dushmanon ko nahi chodna plays…..Pratha says I will not give you easy death. She says you will live and will die a new death daily. She takes Mahek in her tail and pushes her on the ground. She relaxes everyone. Everyone comes to Mahek and finds her on the floor. Urvashi comes there. Mahek whispers to her that Pratha is alive and will kill me. Urvashi gets tensed.
In the room, Mahek tells Urvashi that she had a big fight with Pratha. Urvashi says it came true as we spoke about that. Mahek says she will see her. She reads in the book and tells that whoever marries Shesh Naag will be more powerful than Shesh Naagin. She says Shesh Naagin marries Shesh Naag, but if she couldn’t marry him, then whoever marries him will be Shesh Naag Rani. She says then Shesh Naagin will have protect Shesh Naag rani. Urvashi says Swayamvar is happening at a dangerous place, inside the red door of the naag mahal. Urvashi says she is not scared and right now also she is in danger. The snake ladies are going to compete for Shesh Naag Rani. Barkha tells that she will win. Mahek says Shesh Naag rani will be the one, who fights with danger or if she is the danger herself.
Naagin Damiyanti comes to Shesh Naag and asks why he organized his marriage outside the red door. He says Naag Rani will be the one who finds happiness even in trouble times. Pratha comes there and fights with Mahek. All the snake ladies, looking at them fighting. Shesh Naag hears the sound and goes out. He sees Mahek on the floor. Mahek gets up and asks Shesh Naag to save him. Pratha says you can’t take part in this swayamvar. Mahek asks why, and asks Shesh Naag if Pratha will decide, when you have invited everyone. She asks if there is different rules for Shesh Naagin or other Naagins. Shesh Naag says rules are same for everyone, even Mahek can take part in Swayamvar. Mahek says time has come today. She goes inside. Pratha smiles and says I know you will come here, you have done a big mistake and can’t go from here.
Mahek comes inside and talks to her Nani’s frame. She says she will become Shesh Naag Rani. She comes near the red door. Shesh Naag comes to the Swayamvar with Damiyanti, Pratha and others. Pratha says now Swayamvar will start, and tells about the competition between the naagins. She says whoever reaches Shesh Naag, will become Shesh Naag Rani. She plays the shank. A heavy wind comes there. They come outside to compete. Mahek pushes them down. She then attacks the naagins with fire. They too attack Mahek. Mahek is unaffected and attacks the Naagins. Pratha says only Mahek and Barkha will go to the next round, as all the naagins are defeated. She shows the lava and says whoever walks on this and reach Shesh Naag, will become Shesh Naag Rani. She says you have to walk on the lava and stop the other from reaching Shesh Naag. She begins the round. Both Barkha and Mahek start walking on the lava. Mahek reaches first and walks towards Shesh Naag. Shesh Naag stops her and says last round is remaining, when you win it, then only you will win the swayamvar. Mahek thinks for last round, she has to fight with Pratha. Pratha goes towards the red door. Mahek wonders why is she going there? Pratha opens the red door. The red light falls on everyone. Pratha tells Mahek that this door is opened for her, and says you have to fight with the terror, which is poison and is caged in this laal manzar. She says you have to face Nashika. The snake ladies, tell that whoever sees in her eyes, becomes of stone. They tell that Nashika is caged since 100 years, as she had made many naags and naagins turn into stone. Pratha says you have to fight with death, before victory. She asks Mahek if she wants to back off then can back off. Mahek refuses to back off and goes inside.
She says I will fight with any terror and will win. Pratha asks her to go inside and win from Nashika. Mahek goes inside. Pratha recalling talking to Shesh Naag about her plan. Shesh Naag says Shesh Naag can only marry only Shesh Naagin. He says he freed her from their marriage as she wanted to marry Rishabh, and he himself took brahmachari oath. He says he can’t marry now. She says she wants to punish Mahek, so that she becomes stone and her soul yearns like she is yearning for Rishabh and her baby. Shesh Naag says if she wins. Pratha says she will not win, as she has to face Nashika.
Mahek goes inside afraid. Nashika is standing and attacks Mahek. Mahek becomes snake and crawls. Nashika throws the things at her. Mahek hides and thinks I shall not look in her eye, but shall make her see red light, as she couldn’t see seeing the red light. Nashika says someone came here after 100 years, I will kill you and asks Mahek to come out. She pushes the pot. Mahek gets up and closes her eyes. Pratha thinks now Nashika will destroy you.
Precap: Mahek becomes Shesh Naag rani and tells Pratha that she has played this game. She lies to Pratha that her daughter is alive and cages her in the poisoned trap to kill her.
