The Episode starts with Reema telling Mahek that she has told the media and sent food to the poor also. Someone tells the woman that the food was sent by the businessman, who is having his first anniversary today. Mahek looks at the moon and checks the date. She thinks this is the same night when I had gone to become shesh naagin. She recalls Shesh Naag’s words, and thinks tonight I will go alone, that night has come. Rishabh’s brothers come to her and ask her to come. They ask her to drink, but she refuses. She sees some reflection and thinks there is nobody here, but who was here. She thinks if it was my illusion or reality. She calls Ritesh and says I have seen someone outside, and asks him to go and check outside. A lady smiles seeing Mahek. Mahek asks why are you laughing. The lady says if you have an objection to others’ smiles and says after whatever you have done with your sister, you shall be scared. Mahek threatens her to reveal her secret and calls her Mummy ji. She says first you got Seema, now you got Mahek which has no essence. She says your destiny doesn’t change. Urvashi comes there. Mahek hugs her and asks where is Rishabh? Urvashi says leave him, enjoy the party. Rishabh thinks of Pratha. He gets a call and tells that today is his anniversary, but he will come as work is work. Mahek comes there and says you are stuck with the phone more than me. He says I have important work more than an anniversary. Rishabh’s sisters look at them and think Pratha was good, Mahek is bad, and Rishabh has changed completely. Another sister says she feels that he is not Rishabh Bhai, what game Mahek is playing.

Reem and Mahek collide with each other. Mahek says sorry. Reem asks how you feel to be in a loveless marriage. She says I have seen the pain in Rishabh’s eyes when Pratha was jailed. Mahek asks Reem to take care of the baby as she is the only heir of Gujrals. She comes out and asks the driver to take her to Naag Mahal. She again sees reflection and closes her eyes to see, but couldn’t see anyone. She thinks she has to reach Naag Mahal urgently, and doesn’t have time to search for that person. She reaches the temple in the Naag Mahal. She becomes half naagin. Naageshwaraya plays….Farishta and Shesh Naag comes in front of her. Farishta says 3 hours left for the moon to fully come. Shesh Naag says if this mani accepts you as Shesh Naagin.

Mahek says today my Shivji will make me shesh naagin and he has to make me. She dances and throws colors in the air. The moon appears full in the sky. Farishta takes the milk utensil and comes to Mahek. Mahek drinks it. Shesh Naag picks the Naag Mani in his hand and comes to Mahek holding it. Mahek looks hopeful. Shesh Naag appears in his half Naag form, and handovers Mani in Mahek’s hands. Mahek gets happy. The Mani goes inside her tummy. She feels the jerk and her skin gets scaly. She faints. She gets up smiling with her eyes color changed. Farishta and Shesh Naag looks on. She appears in Shesh Naagin form, with her five heads behind her as the crown. She says today my wait is successful, I got fruits for my worship, I am Shesh Naagin. Farishta and Shesh Naag look upset. Mahek Laughs. Farishta says it seems she got Shesh Naagin’s powers, and I thought Mani will not accept her. Shesh Naag says we might not like her, but she is from the vansh that’s why Shivji and Mani have chosen her. Farishta asks what about this book. Shesh Naag says only Shiv ji knows what will happen. Farishta says I have seen always Naagins fall in love with humans and then they get betrayed. Shesh Naag says I saw Pratha’s true love and that’s why let her go.

The lady tells sleepy Pratha that today she saw Mahek going to Naag Mahal. She says there was a party in Rishabh’s house, and she saw a little girl there. She says that night has come and asks Pratha to get out overcoming her pain, and says you are in a coma since a year, until when you will be in a coma. Pratha is in a coma state. The lady says we heard that you can do, what others can’t do. She says red moon is the color of love and revenge and these colors are yours, wake up. She urges her to wake up and says they got married and it is 1 year now. She says I saw them happy, now you have to take revenge on them. She says you don’t have powers, but you are still the one who was chosen by Shiv ji himself. She says if you didn’t die even after death then that means this story, night, the moon is calling you back. She asks her to wake up. She opens the door. She says wind has changed, even you have to change for your revenge, come back, open your eyes. She prays to Shiv ji and says if she is your real devotee then wake her up. She says har har Mahadev…..Pratha gets flashes of Mahek stabbing her and gets up from the coma. The lady and the other ladies get happy. She asks if you are fine. Pratha asks why did you save me, I wanted to die, I don’t want to live. She says I was hanged, then how did you save me? A girl brings water for Pratha. The lady asks her to calm down. Pratha asks if she is here, since a year. The lady says yes when you were hanged 1 year back.

Inspector comes down and sees Pratha alive after the death. He makes a plan with the lady that they will save Pratha and will change her with the dead body. The lady asks her to wipe her tears and seek revenge. Pratha asks why she shall live, she has lost her baby and love. The lady says if you have returned then there is some reason for your life. The lady gives Pratha’s stuff to her and says nobody came to take this from your family, and that’s why we kept it with us. Pratha cries wishing that her baby is alive. She remembers her pregnancy and losing her baby. Tere sang main……She gets up in the night and goes out. She sees the girl who offered her water. Pratha gives her stuff bag to the girl and goes inside. The girl runs behind her.

Mahek says I will rule now, and says you all didn’t make me shesh naagin. She throws the photo frames on the temple floor. She says I was destined to become shesh naagin, but Pratha had come. You all came to her talks, and I did what I should have done, I have killed her. She becomes half Naagin and hits on the photo frames angrily.

Urvashi talks to Rupa’s pic and tells that Mahek has become Shesh Naagin, whom you never thought will become shesh naagin. She says you were not happy with Mahek’s Tapasya. She says you don’t know what Mahek and I will do together, you have no idea. Reem comes there and asks what is in this trunk? Urvashi stops her and says a big problem is going to hit India. Reem asks where is Mahek? Urvashi says Naag Mahal and she will stay there tonight.

Pratha comes and gives fire to the wood kept as the pyre. She cries and says my baby has gone from this world before you were born so the time has come when I come and meet you. She walks towards the burning pyre.

Precap: Mahek tells that Urvashi Maasi and I will rule on this world. Pratha comes to the temple and hears her. Mahek says she is the shesh Naagin and nobody can defeat her. Pratha swears to return and get the powers of shesh naagin.
