The episode starts with Shivanya being taken to mantap by Yamini for marriage. Shivanya skin and tongue turn into snake skin and tongue due to poornima/full moon night and moon rays falling on her. Rithik’s inebriated sister asks Arjun why is Tanvi coming wearing veil on her face. Shivanya sits next to Rithik. Pandit starts rituals and asks bride to extend her hands. Shivanya hesitantly extends hands. Rithik feels odd. Pandit asks bride and groom to start pheras. Rithik does pheras behind Shivanya and Shivanya stumbles. Yamini says bride gets nervous during marriage. After pheras, pandit asks Rithik to apply sindhoor on bride’s forehead. He picks sindoor and peeps into Shivanya’s veil and is surprised to see Shivanya instead of Tanvi, whose skin has normalized. He applies sindhoor on her forehead. Everyone are shocked to see Shivanya instead of Tanvi. Tanvi’s father Shailesh asks where is Tanvi and mother says this marriage cannot happen. Yamini says this marriage has finished. Pandit says still mangasultra is not dorned.

Mother Ramya says she will not let Rithik dorn mangalsutra on servant girl. Yamini says he will and orders Rithik to dorn her mangalsutra. Rithik dorns mangasultraon Shivanya’s neck. Pandit says marriage is finished now. Ramya asks how did she trick Tanvi and where is she and raises hand to slap. Rithik comes in between and gets slapped and says Shivanys is his wife now. Yamini says Tanvi eloped. Ramya says servant Shivanya must have forced her to go. Shailesh says he does not consider this marriage. Yamini says his opinion does not matter.

Ankush asks Yamini when she hated this servant girl, then how did she accept her as her bahu. Yamini says this girl got ready to marry Rithik and she has perfect rashi needed. She reminisces panditji over phone asking her rashi and she telling what he had told to Yamini and Ankush. Shivanya thanks god that pandit accepted her so easily. Yamini says whatever is happening was destined before itself.

Sesha on a cliff looks at full moon and says revenge has started now on pooran masi/full moon night where icchadhari nagin gets into her real form. Destiny changed and moon hid behind cloud.

Yamini tells Ankush again that this is destiny and had to be happened. She tells Shailesh that she selected Tanvi as her bahu since she was 10-year-old, but destiny didnot want it and Tanvi eloped. By destiny, a stranger girl come and got rady to marry Rithik, she will take her side now.

Sesha tells that Shivanya will come into nagin’s form. They are on path of truth and Shivanya will kill all enemies.

Yamini pleads Shailesh to bless Rithik and Shivanya. Ramya says let us go now, it is a big insult to them. Shailesh leaves with Ramya and Angad. Ankush blesses them and leaves. Yamini says she came here for a cause. Shivanya thinks she is right, she came to kill her enemies and take revenge of her parent’s death.

Shivanya in room sits on suhagraath bed decorated by flowers, holding needle. Rithik comes and looks at her. She hides needle and says she married him to save his life and nothing more than that. Rithik says he loves her and god got them married. He takes her into balcony and shows full moon. Shivanya turns into snake and he gets afraid. She bites him. She wakes up hearing Rithik’s sound and realizes it was her imagination. Rithik says he will he will sleep on floor as he knows she was not ready for this marriage and sacrified to save his life. He jokes that she can become icchadhari nagin and kill him, etc., then says he respects her for saving his life. He sets his bed on floor and says he will not touch her until she approves their relationship and will wait.

He continues talking and gets happy seeing full moon from window. He asks her to come and see full moon’s beauty. She hesitates. He insists and stands in balcony. She reminisces her mom telling her signifance of full moon night and icchadhari nagins taking their real moon under moon rays. Rithik asks what happened. She says nothing. He insists to show her moon and drags her, but she frees her hand. He drags her again towards balcohony, but lord Shiva sends clouds and moon hides under them. Rithik says moon is hidden under clouds and says she can go and sleep and take her decision tomorrow as he does not want to follow their relationship forcefully. She goes and sleeps on bed while he sleeps on floor. After some time he wakes up and looks at her and she closes her eyes. He asks if she did not get sleep and asks why. She turns face. O re piya….song….plays in the background while he stares at her. She does not respond and he sleeps.

Rithik gets a dream of snake biting him and wakes up worried. He goes to shivanya and asks if she is fine and removes bedsheet and sees snake instead of her. He realizes it was dream in dream. Shivanya asks what happened. He says dream in dream and he heard that snakes won’t forget their enemies. She says they don’t forget their enemies even after 20 years and will take their revenge. He says it happens in 80-90s movies and jaokes and then asks her to sleep now.

Shesha performs Shiv puja. Bhairavnath comes and says she came at last. Sesha says why would not she come, today is pooran maasi and naagins revive their energy today. She does not think Shivanya will come today. He says she will come for sure. She saw 3 enemies’s faces in her parent’s eyes and could not see 2 enemies’ faces well. She killed 1 and still 4 are remaining. She will have to come at any cost and says har har mahadev.

Shivanya wakes up and reminisces her mother telling that she and her dad are icchadhari nagin and they are together since 100 years, she will also get her love in human form and once he fills her forehead with sindhoor, she will be his forever. She thinks what is happening to her, why is she getting attracted to Rithik, why is she getting loyal to him, but then thinks when she has come till here, she should find another way to reach her destiny and take revenge. She turns into nake again under moon light.

Precap: Shivanya dances in shiv temple between other icchadhari naagins. She leans over Rithik in the morning. Rithik wakes up and smiles at her. She gets shy.
