Kundali Bhagya actor Dheeraj Dhoopar has been roped in to play a shape-shifting Naag in the Ekta Kapoor franchisee.
A report by a leading news portal said that the actor will be seen as a negative lead in the show. In the report, Dheeraj shared, “Naagin has emerged as a big brand and I didn’t think twice before giving my nod. I am a fan of the hot Naagin ladies. My favourite part of the show is watching them dance.”
The daily got in touch with his wife and she is equally excited to see him as a snake on-screen and the actor further added that shooting for the show will be a new experience as until now he has portrayed only “normal human characters”.
Currently, the fourth season of the show starring Nia Sharma, Rashami Desai and Vijayendra Kumeria is underway to a finale which will tie all the loose strings and bring the story to a full circle. Internet is abuzz with fans commenting that the new Naagin will be portrayed by Hina Khan.
