When Ekta Kapoor announced it last week that she is welcoming Nia Sharma to the drama series, the fans were thrilled to know that she is the lead. But yesterday we got to know that it’s not Nia who is leading the show this time.
The buzz is that Ekta Kapoor has found her second naagin in none other than her Pavitra Rishta gem, Ankita Lokhande. As per a report in a leading entertainment portal, it is Ankita who will essay the titular role of Naagrani this time.
Ankita is a very popular name in our telly industry and shot to fame with her character of Archana. Then she even headed to Bollywood and starred in a smashing hit Manikarnika along side Kangana Ranaut. This collaboration of Ekta Kapoor and Ankita might come as a surprise to many but we are sure Ankita will be spectacular in her performance.
