The Episode starts with Satyavati motivating Abhi to wipe his tears and face the trouble with Dev. Abhi says I am standing with my brother always, for this fight and thanks her. Urmila asks what we can do? Bimla says I have thought something and says I am ready to sell haveli. Kanika comes to Raichand’s house. Dev asks how are you Kanika? Kanika says don’t give me respect as I don’t deserve this. She says sorry and tells that she knows about this company’s take over by Amba and Yogesh. She says I am really very sorry and I knew about this from before. She says infact, I was with yogesh in the start, and says we used to use company’s money illegally. She says this started during Chitra’s marriage and says I asked you to sign some papers and you signed it. She says it was in small

unit. Vidhi asks if it is the same papers on which you asked me to take signs of Dev Sir. Kanika says may be, just as Yogesh’s hunger increased, I tried to stop him. She says Arjun made me understand this. She says yogesh has taken advantage of Abhi and invested in bogus and fraud companies, so that Raichand’s shares fall down and Amba can buy it. She says Yogesh has become Amba’s parrot. She says when I heard them talking about the take over, I called to tell you, and when I was reaching here, I met with an accident and Yogesh snatched my phone from me. She says she is ready to give statement to Police and asks him to handover her to Police also. She says she is ready to co-operate with him and says Amba and yogesh shall be punished. Dev says atleast you have accepted your wrong doings. Abhi says Kanika is right, we have her for testimony. Dev says he has called barrister Sahni here, and things will be clear after he comes.

Hariprasad tells Urmila and Pramod that he is ready to sell haveli and asks them to give the amount whatever they think right. Urmila laughs and says you are fooling us. Pramod asks her to listen to him first. Urmila says first he mortgaged the haveli and then asking us to buy it. Hariprasad says I didn’t mortgaged it. Urmila says all neighbors know about it. She asks Pramod to come and says they will not fall in his trap. Bimla realizes that the papers which he signed was of house papers? She asks where we will go now?

Dev and his family meet barrister Sahni, who tells that the business is snatched from him very smartly. He says the signs are not forged but legal. Abhi tells that it is his mistake that he trusted yogesh. Kanika tells that she can give statement against Yogesh. Barrister says they need proof.

Priya thinks Kanika didn’t do right and thinks I shall tell Amba ji. Dev tells Vidhi that he shall ask Chitra to give the shares back which she has. Vidhi says I don’t think Amba will let Chitra give the shares. Priya calls Amba and gives her news that Kanika had come to meet Dev. Amba says she expect Dev’s moves from her. Priya says I will tell you when Dev takes any step. She tells that she will give her information and will take what she needed. Vidhi and Dev watch the news and get upset. Vidhi says Chitra is calling. Yogesh comes to Amba. Amba compliments him and tells him that his wife promised to give testimony against him.

Chitra, Dev-Vidhi meet in balghar. Chitra apologizes to Dev for whatever Amba has done. Dev asks her to give her shares to him for the time being. Chitra says I am sorry, I can’t give as Amba got the shares transferred on her name. She tells them that she has become Amba’s puppet and Vikram and Amba don’t leave her alone and keep eye on her. She tells that she came here with much difficulty, she has to leave and goes. Dev tells Vidhi that they have to save Chitra first.

Precap: Vijay tells Hariprasad that he found a buyer for Milapni Devi’s idol. Hariprasad says he will not sell Maiyya. Vijay says we will become relatives then and asks him to get him married to little girl Seema. Hariprasad gets angry.
