AN : This one is inspired from the Kannada short film “Mattome Sigabeda ” as I liked it very much . I hope you all will like it..I dedicate this to Shivabarghavi who wanted me to write on web series Tanhayian . Since Tanhaiyan showcases so much of emotions as well as so much sensual scenes I may not be able to pen down something like that ….So I wrote this one based on another story featuring Barun and Surbhi.
Chaitra : Why the hell I need to look these pics ? He doesn’t feels the same for me. This pic which was taken at the office trip had lot of memorable moments. At least in this pic he is smiling. Warna hasna toh abb woh bhool hi chuka hein…..
Neetu : To whom are you talking Chaitra ?
Chaitra : Nothing….Just going through the photos taken at our office trip…
Neetu ; Did you tell about your feelings to him ?

She gets an official call ..

She goes to the cabin and knocks the door.
Yeah , come in ..A husky voice was overheard and Chaitra entered inside. She looked him silently.
Chaitra listen you are one of the loyal employee here. So once the new HR joins please help that person to understand things ….

Chaitra : Apart from official matter can I ask you something personal ?

Chaitra ; But the place you have in this office ……The way of perfection you gives in each and every assignment may be some one can’t do that much perfect…
Niranjan : I guess you are unnecessarily bothering about me ….It’s natural when people gets better career opportunities they will move from one office to another…
Chaitra : This company gives best remuneration, best facilities everything and you are promoted as HR here only. Then why ?
Niranjan ; My wish I am leaving….That’s it…

Niranjan ; Don’t be a sentimental idiot Chaitra…Be practical…..Why you are talking like these ?
Chaitra : You never felt anything for me Niranjan ? Or are you just ignoring me ? Because at the trip the moments which we had ….
Niranjan : Chaitra that might be just an attraction only…..It’s biological and you are reacting as if we both got intimate physically…..

Niranjan interrupted : Stop this non sense Chaitra….I don’t have any feelings for you and never I will feel anything like that for any one ….I am not getting peace of mind any where…Morning those old couple who are staying near my flat makes nuissance and now you are also doing the same…..I don’t believe in these emotional dramas…
Chaitra ; Emotional drama !!!! How long you will run from emotions ? How long you will keep distance from everyones ? What exactly happened in your life which made you to think like these ?
Niranjan ; Who the hell are you to ask about my personal life ? You know what I called you for asking opinion whether I need to leave this company as your are one of the best colleague of mine …But you are also like the so called average girl who falls for guys …..I didn’t expected from this you and now I am leaving this office and it’s my final decision….
He walks away in anger and she burst down in tears

Suddenly Niranjan released her from his arms.
Chaitra gently touched his head and looked him
Chaitra : Your heart beats for me isn’t it ? Then why you need to stop it Niranjan ?
Niranjan : You and I we both are working in same office and we are colleagues. Apart from that there should be not anything between us Chaitra…
Chaitra ; But whatever we sensed for each other while dancing , while spending time it’s apart from our thought process…We both likes each other personally….
Niranjan : I don’t have any personal feelings for anyone and whatever now happened it’s just a spark of attraction only , our age yours and my body…..See I don’t want to give any name to that ….
Chaitra : How can you just degrade those emotions by saying it as mere attraction. I saw in your eyes the depth of feelings you have Niranjan…
Niranjan : I am going away ….
Chaitra hugs Niranjan
Chaitra : Now also you don’t feel anything ?
Niranjan : Stop this stupidity Chaitra ….How can you touch me like these ? I feels irritated with you now…..And better forget whatever happened now and let me make you clear again there is no sort of feelings from my side to you…
He walks away and drives his car in speed. Chaitra runs behind . But he didn’t bothered even to look back

A middle aged woman knocks at Niranjan’s door. He opens the door in anger
Niranjan ; What’s your problem ? Now I need to vacate this flat also ? Kabhi kheer,kabhi ras malayi pata nahin kya kya leke aake mere flat ke darwaze pe khade ho jaati ho aap ?
Usha ; Beta will you please call an ambulance ?
Niranjan : What ?
Usha : My husband has fell down unconscious….You know naa we have no children……Please….help me
Niranjan : I am sorry…I should not have shouted this way….
Niranjan quickly calls the ambulance and Usha’s husband got admitted….
Doctor : It’s a heart attack….But he is out of threat….Madam you should take care off him well…Why in this old age you send him to buy vegetables at the market alone ?You should have told your son to buy it..

Doctor ; Don’t be so much careless …If anything would have happened to him what will you do ? I don’t understand why youngsters today are not taking care off their parents when their parents struggle whole life for their children….

Niranjan ;Aap hamesha beta bulati hein par kabhi bhi maine bete hone ka farz nahin nibhaya….Kaash mein market jaata toh yeh sab nahin hota..Office jaane se pehle aapne poocha bhi aur maine mana kiya….Padosi uncle aunty ko koyi kaam nahin faltu mein mujhe tang kar rahe hein..Hamesha aise hi behave kiya hein aapse….Par aaj samajh mein aaya kee aap kitna pyaar lutate hein mujh mein aur mein hoon kee….
Usha : Jab kisi apne ko dard mein dekhte hein naa tabhi samajh mein aate hein kee unke liye hum kya hein…..Isliye apnon ko kabhi khona nahin chahiye beta…
Niranjan recalled how he hurt Chaitra…. After few hours Usha’s husband got well….
Usha : Thank you Niranjan
Niranjan : Beta kahiyega uss mein apnapan hein….
Usha : May god bless you beta…
Niranjan : Bye aunty….If you need anything just make a phone call..I will be here….
She nodded her head…
Niranjan rushed to office. Chaitra was so much involved in work…
Chaitra : I don’t know who is the new guy who will join as HR.Mera man hi nahin hein kaam karne mein….
Niranjan came in front of her and she stared him.
He smiled and said : Can we just have two cups of coffee ?
They both goes to cafeteria and sits in seperate benches
Chaitra looked here and there meanwhile Niranjan was adoring her only…
Chaitra : Coffees are already finished. Will you please tell me why you called me ? New HR is arriving today..
Niranjan : Not possible..
Chaitra ; But you are leaving and at your place some one has to come right ?
Niranjan : No one can take my place at the office and in your heart .

Niranjana : Chaitra, I realized leaving all beloved ones and going away won’t give me peace of mind….I am that kind of person who feels worried to express emotions ….But fact is now I can’t stop myself from expressing it…
Chaitra; But what made you like that ?
Niranjan : At my school time when my father died in heart attack my mother struggled a lot ….There was nobody to help us…..If we had money we would have take dad to better place for treatement ..My mother advised me that I should not be depend on anyone…I should be independent,I should earn money and stand at my own feet…..As debts were not paid one day when I came from school I saw my mother has committed suicide by hanging herself in the ceiling fan …..The bank sealed my house and I lost everything…..Then one of the relative took me to their home.But there I was treated like a servant and I suffered a lot….But I bear all pain silently as one day I know I will achieve my ambition…After studies I got job , I left that relatives place and now I have money, facilities everything…..I believed like emotions have no importance in life all we need is to work hard and go ahead only..
Chaitra ; I am sorry for whatever happened with you ….Your mother’s advise is right. But it doesn’t mean that you should run away from your feelings ….She wanted to see you as strong, independent , financially stable which is an important part of life….You have fullfiled her dream and she might be feeling proud for you…..Andwhenever you feel pain you feels to share something don’t be hesitant to share it with me….I am always with you……I told you already I can see the waves of feelings in your eyes and your eyes can’t lie…

Niranjan ; When the rain starts bursting I need you intensely to feel the each drop passionately by holding you towards me…..When we both gets tired after work we both may offer our shoulders as pillows to make feel each other as comfortable and when we both feels immense pain we will lie down at laps of each other and weep like kids without bothering anything…..And whenever we feels to hug we will never stop doing it doesn’t matter whatever age we reach…..Chaitra will you become like this for me forever…Because I love you so much….And in my heart also no one can take your place…
Chaitra : I too love you Niranjan….I will always be with you at each phase of life …And my heart keeps beating for you always…

I am surprised that you gave new names to the characters.i thought you will name them haider meera.sad that though chaitra discouraged niranjan not to leave he didn’t care.i am surprised that she almost confessed her love.sad that he said that the had only attraction between them.i am shocked that he rudely addressed her as a girl who falls for boys.chaitra sleeping on his shoulder..their dance were romantic. Have you seen the movie Student of the year?I had written a ff on this movie with Abhimanyu Shanaya(Sid Alia) as the endgame just like the real movie.My friend Kavitha told me that if she writes on it she will unite Shanaya Rohan(Varun Alia) instead of Shanaya Abhimanyu. I have read an FF on wattpad which was based on Student of the Year movie with Dil mil gaye serial characters long back. I haven’t watched the movie , but heard the songs. Currently no plans for writing on that movie as so many people have written ffs based on the movie…
Glad that though niranjan was rude to the old lady he took her husband to the hospital and lied that he is their son.he saying that though she always called him beta he didn’t do anything for them was sad.loved him telling her that if there is any need she can call him.glad that this incident made niranjan realize that he wants chaitra. He telling her that nobody can take his place in this office and her heart was lovely.i am shocked to read niranjan’s painful past.chaitra telling him not to run away from emotions and he can share his pain with her was nice.hug was emotional. Sorry I don’t remember the author’s name. May be Riana of telly updates I guess. She wrote two stories based on the movie. One was featuring Jigar Ahem and Gopi which I remember better. Other one I am not sure if she only wrote the Dil Mil Gaye characters…. She once mentioned about she wrote other FF also featuring student of the year. But TU has a rule that we can’t publish same story twice by changing leads . So she didn’t published the second one here. I have messaged her.
