The Episode starts with ward boy telling Sir ji that his bandages will be removed today. Dolly says Lovely didn’t had anything except the soup brought by Muskaan. Doctor says someone has given you sleeping pills, its okay, you are fine now. Everyone worries. Surendar says Muskaan has done all this. Ronak asks what do you mean to say. Bua says I don’t trust Muskaan, how shall we trust her, sorry I can’t give any promise. Bunty says I m also not ready. Dolly says Lovely is my sister, I want to support her, sorry, I can’t give any promise. Hanumant says I will always be with you. Ronak says mum, I won’t ask you to choose between your children, I will leave this house and go with Muskaan. Gayatri asks what. He says if I have hurt anyone’s heart, I m sorry. He goes.
Doctor removes Sir ji’s bandages. Muskaan holds Ronak’s hand. He takes her out. They get sad. Lovely and everyone come in front. She says I used to tell you what gift I want, you used to give me my fav gift, I request you, don’t leave this house. She starts her drama and cries. She asks Ronak and Muskaan to think about the family prosperity and give her a chance. She says I want to forget everything and move on, we want to accept you. Muskaan thinks Lovely has really realized her mistake. Lovely asks will you give me this chance.
Muskaan nods and hugs her. Ronak and Muskaan go to the mandap. They exchange garlands. Sir ji is seen. Ronak makes Muskaan wear the mangalsutra and fills sindoor in her maang. Khudse bhi zyada….plays… Ronak says I want the entire family to make vows with Muskaan. Sir ji tries to see his face. Gayatri promises to love Muskaan as her daughter and not be partial towards her. Muskaan says even I promise, I will never let you get upset, I will take care of you all. Dolly and Lovely say we will love you as your sisters. Muskaan also promises them. Lovely apologizes to Muskaan. Muskaan asks her to always stay as her elder sister. She cries happily.
