The Episode starts with Ronak saying Sir ji is hiding some secret. Muskaan gets discharged. She says we should stay back here at night to look after Sandhya. Ronak agrees. Ronak and Muskaan come to see Sandhya. Gayatri turns away. Ronak says Muskaan got discharged, she can go home. Gayatri says no, this can’t be the truth, I know this. Muskaan asks what happened. Ronak asks are you fine. Gayatri says I don’t feel unwell. Ronak says we will stay here, you go home. Gayatri says I will go home. Ronak holds Sandhya’s hand and says very soon Sir ji will be behind bars, just get fine soon. Gayatri sees them and goes.
Hanumant says I m feeling better now. Ronak and Muskaan come to see Hanumant. Doctor says he is recovering soon, his vision will be clear tomorrow, we will discharge him tomorrow. Ronak hugs Hanumant and says you scared me. Muskaan says there wasn’t any ghost. Ronak scares her. She hugs him in fear. Ronak smiles. Hanumant laughs. Ronak says its over, there was no ghost, a lady was locked there since many years so that his secret doesn’t come out, once that lady gets conscious, Sir ji will get exposed. Hanumant says I was scared there. Ronak apologizes to him. Muskaan asks Hanumant to get fine soon. Hanumant hugs Ronak.
Gayatri recalls Tabassum’s words and thinks I have to find the truth. Tara makes a drink for Sir ji. He angrily throws it and shouts on her. He asks her to leave him alone. She gets shocked. She says you didn’t know me well, I can’t see you worried, I always gave you an advice and you got benefited, I will leave you alone if you want. He says its nothing. She asks what are you hiding from me. She says there is something, tell me. He says its the silence before the storm, a storm is about to come, it will ruin everything. Gayatri goes to see Bua. Sandhya gets serious. Doctor says her internal organs are collapsing, she has a threat on her life, we have to operate her. Ronak asks doctor to save Sandhya’s life.
Doctor asks nurse to check her blood group. Nurse says we have checked it, her blood group is not available. Muskaan and Ronak ask nurse to check their blood groups. Gayatri wakes up Bua and asks her to come for a talk. Ronak gives the blood to Sandhya. Ronak says Gayatri wanted blood some days back, my blood group didn’t match with her, its strange that my blood group is matching with this lady, whom I didn’t meet before, its a miracle. Muskaan nods. Gayatri takes Bua to the temple and asks what happened on the night of Ronak’s birth. Bua says Ronak was born. Gayatri makes her keep hand on Mata rani idol and asks her to swear on Bunty. She asks Bua to say truth. Bua says Sir ji went to meet minister, I took you to hospital, we informed him, you were unconscious and critical, you gave birth to a baby. Sandhya is operated. Nurse says Sandhya is critical, we can’t say anything. Gayatri sits in shock. She cries. Gayatri and Bua go to the hospital and meet a doctor to know about Ronak’s birth records. Gayatri asks doctor to help her, its very imp. Doctor asks her to check in record room. She goes. Gayatri checks the old records. She gets shocked seeing….
