Aarnav Mehera and Samrat Kanha are two wealthy business magnates who despise the poor. Thus, they decide their children, Arjun and Samaira , will marry wealthy spouses. They try to break their children’s friendship with Neil and Radhika, who are both poor. They fix up Arjun’s marriage with sam and send Arjun to meet Sam. As fate would have it, Arjun falls in love with Radhika instead and Neil and Sam fall in love. This angers the two men, and they try to bribe Neil and Radhu into leaving Sam and Arjun. When this doesn’t work, they try to get Neil and Radhika killed. When the children realize what their fathers really did, they refuse to back down, their determination set in stone.

Eventually, the parents play a nasty trick. They make the four lovers believe that they have changed their ways and are ready for their children to marry the person they wish to. On the way to Neil and Sam’s engagement ceremony, the fathers have Radhu kidnapped. Neil saves her from being raped and comforts her. Meanwhile, without their knowledge, photos are taken of them. The fathers then show the photos of Neil comforting Radhu at the party. Taken out of context, the photos make it look like Neil and Radhu are being intimate with each other. Neil and Radhu are willing to prove their innocence, but the fathers keep them away. To make matters worse, Radhu’s uncle Sarals dad falsely testifies to the fabricated illicit affair between the two so that shell marry his son Saral. In fact, Radhu’s uncle was paid to lie to Arjun and Sam.

Arjun and Sam break up with Radhu and Neil, and the fathers’ plan to create a rift between Arjun and Neil, once the best of friends, succeeds. The situation worsens further when Arjun and Sam think that Radhu is pregnant with Neil’s child. They tell Neil and Radhu that they are getting married, which is what their fathers wanted all along. After hearing this, Radhu tries to kill herself, but Neil stops her. He attacks Arjun and Sam. Neil tries to rape Sam, but Arjun saves and comforts her. The police beat Neil brutally and Radhu pleads the fathers to release him. The fathers agree, but on the condition that they leave the country for good. She agrees and Neil is set free.

Arjun and Sam’s wedding is about to start when Arjun’s uncle Rana shows them pictures of Arjun comforting Sam, taken out of context. This proves that Neil had attacked them to recreate the situation he and Radhu had been in, which in turn proved that Neil and Radhu are innocent and that the fathers did all this. Radhu’s uncle also confesses that he lied for his sons sake but his son got married to his longtime girllfriend bonnie . Angry and heartbroken, Arjun almost chokes his father to death but his conscience stops him. He then tries to kill himself but Sam stops him. Arjun and Sam rush to the shipyard and succeed to stop Neil and Radhika. They ask for forgiveness and the lovers get back together. The fathers arrive, having realized their grave mistake, and also ask for forgiveness. The lovers forgive them and they get back home and prepare for the wedding and finnaly the couple get married and Radhu and Sam are carried by their husbands to their respective rooms the story ends with Arjun jumping on Radhu and Sam jumping on a Scared Neil.
