This is the stand-alone shot I mentioned earlier… Please make a note; I don’t know what got into me before thinking about this shot… I tried to keep the facts in this shot too, please forgive me if it’s gone out of line at any point… This shot is long enough to make you sleep but please try not to sleep in the middle… Not proof-read, so please ignore the mistakes too…

No, I will not. You are eating too much of chocolates these days Chasni. You need to get control of yourself. Too much of anything is good for nothing.’
I’m eating chocolates only to reduce the stress Neil. Now, come on, give that packet back to me.’
No… No…. Noooooo…..’
Neil is running away from Radhika so that she cannot take back the chocolate packet from his hand, which he is guarding very carefully.
While running around the entire office, Radhika’s back hit to something or rather someone. That gave both the naughty friends their halt and Neil surrendered the chocolate packet to Radhika.
See!! How easy it is to get back my chocolates. (Looking at chocolate packet) You don’t worry babies, I’m gonna eat you all.’
Unbelievable Chasni!! Now you are talking to chocolates. I think I should book a berth in asylum. You and your impossible nature. And not to forget your sweet tooth.’ Sighed Neil.
Do whatever you want. But wait, last time I checked there is no wall here. Then I’m standing against?’ said Radhika and turned back to the wall like thing only to encounter with dark black eyes that are boring holes into her skin.
Neil, it is a man. You see I said to you before right, that people can become stiff with all that gym training. You didn’t believe me, now see this man, he is so stiff, like first class military man.’
Now you are insulting me Chasni, I do many exercises yaar. But staying with you and Sam doesn’t yield any good results. I’m between two foodies, you see.’ Answered Neil with a wink.
All the while they forgot that a man is standing in between them watching their conversation with an irritated look on his face.
Radhika fumed listening to the words of Neil. Before she could retort with something, the man spoke.
Excuse me, can you make way, I need to go from here.’ He said with the same irritated look on his face.
Oh hello!! Wait!!! Where do you think you are going? How come did you enter into our office without permission? How did the security allow you into the office? (Murmurs) I don’t know what got into these security guys’ head.’ Said Radhika.
Firstly Miss… They know who I am, only then they allowed me into the office. It is you who stood know who I am.’ Said the man.
Oh!! Can you enlighten me who you are Mister?’ Said Radhika ignoring the gestures of Neil who is trying to stop her from talking further. But Radhika is Radhika, you see.
Seeing this conversation will not be able to go any way other than a debate, Neil piped in and said the man is none other the new chairperson of their company. Radhika absorbed the new found information and said…
Oh!!! So, you are new chairperson. I thought he will be younger but you are older than my uncle.’ Said Radhika and ran from there.
Neil mentally face palmed himself for that dialogue of Radhika. Here new chairperson is fuming listening to the words.
Neil, how come you get such girls in my office. She didn’t even show a pinch of respect for her new chairperson. Fire her now.’ growled the new chairperson.
It’s not that Arjun. She is always a girl who respects people. I don’t know what got into her today. Leave it; I assure you she will be in her best behaviour from now on.’ Said Neil to calm Arjun.
The assurance from Neil brought down some of the anger of Arjun but not the complete thing that Radhika induced him with.
Neil sensed this and tried to calm the nerves of Arjun completely or else Radhika is going to face a hell lot of problem from Arjun. The only way he can do this is with his jaadu ki jhappi. {Magic hug} That did its wonders on Arjun too. He held back for some time but eventually gave into the hug. Neil is so happy to see his long time buddy back in the office. Even though Arjun is official chairperson of the company, he never attended the office for some unknown reasons only Neil and Arjun’s family knows.
Finally I can let go of you now. You better be in your best behaviour, alright? I’ll handle Chasni.’ Said Neil.
Her name is Chasni and she is acting all sour cucumber.’ Said Arjun making faces as if he really ate sour cucumber.
Cucumber is good for cooling our body temperature Arjun. Anyways, her name is Radhika. She works here in marketing department. Only I call her Chasni because she is so sweet to handle.’ Said Neil with his dimple smile and also a dreamy look on his face.
Arjun understood there is something going on between his best friend and that sour cucumber. But he let that go, as he didn’t want to indulge in the personal matters of anyone even if that is his best buddy. But that sour cucumber got his attention too with her oh-so-innocent eyes and looks. That girl is not at all the one she is trying to show the world. She may appear chirpy from outside but she is hiding her pain and Arjun can see that in her eyes. Is that only he who could see that pain or Neil can sense it too? Neil appeared to be in his own dreamland, so there is no way in hell he will know the pain that is visible clearly in those brown orbs.
Exchanging pleasantries both Neil and Arjun parted their ways. Neil went back to his work station and Arjun to the chairperson’s cabin. From where Arjun’s cabin is situated, he can get a clear view of Radhika and her entire cabin as the office cabins are separated only with glass doors and windows. He closed the shutters so that he will not be able to look at that innocent face again. But his mind is diverting back to that face again and again. What should he do now? She appears to be love interest of his best friend. He cannot betray his best friend for a girl who took his breath and mind away from him only in the first meet. Only God knows what he planned for him by introducing a girl like her in his and his friend’s life. But sometimes humans should understand, life is all about the choices we make and the consequences of the decision is how our life paves its path to the upcoming journey.
Next few days, Arjun didn’t get a chance to meet Radhika or Neil with loads of work on his head. One day, Radhika is crying over something and Neil is consoling her taking her in his arms. That riled up Arjun to the maximum extent, but cooled himself by remembering that she is Neil’s love interest, not his.
Arjun is not a person who keeps his words at bay when it disturbs his feelings, so he asked Neil that one question that is bugging him from a long time.
Do you love Radhika?’
Of course, I love her. Can’t you see it in my eyes?’ asked Neil battling his eyelashes.
If one more time Neil does that battling eyelashes, Arjun is going to rip his eyes off from his sockets. It is Neil’s habit to bat those eyelashes whenever he wants to make his point or to make the other person agree to his words. He is not the one who is going to fall prey for those antics, he got himself out from that zone very long time ago. But the thing Neil said is like taking bath in ice cold water. His body is numb and cannot react to anything, so he did what he should do. He congratulated Neil and made his way back to his cabin. Why can’t he let go of her? What can he do to reduce the intensity of feelings he has for her? Hurt her so that he hates himself for hurting her. That sounds like a plan. But how can he do that? He should find a way very soon or else he will not be able to leave her for anyone not even for Neil, even if the lady herself loves Neil.
To lift the mood of Radhika, Neil took her to a pani puri stall as the chat is her all time favourite. They both had their plates but she is eating from Neil’s plate too along with her plate. This irked Arjun a lot as he is watching the whole scene from his car that is parked in front of the stall, so that he can have a good look of them both. Neil left the stall leaving Radhika alone. She made her way to her house on her scooty. Arjun didn’t expect such thing from Neil. He claims he loves her, then how can he leave her alone at the odd hour? Arjun followed her and left to his house only when she locked herself in the house.
That night, Arjun had nightmares of a girl, who is looking really happy in his arms. And the biggest blow for Arjun is she looks exactly like Radhika. He woke up from the nightmare breathing heavily. He should do something for this. He cannot let her capture his mind and heart completely.
He got a way to implement his plan the other day itself. Arjun has a meeting with marketing department that day, but to Radhika’s bad luck she came late to the conference hall by 10 minutes. Arjun took that as a cue and tried to taunt but Neil as usual her saviour came in between so that the conference hall doesn’t get heated with Arjun’s anger. After the conference, Arjun cornered Radhika to a dark corner. The next words of Radhika knocked out the daylights of Arjun.
What is with you and dragging me to the corners yaar? Now tell me what you want to say?’ said Radhika.
Arjun didn’t know for whom she meant those words, are those for him or for Neil? If it is for Neil, then… His anger took over his senses and he kissed Radhika hard on her lips. Another shocking thing of that day is Radhika responded to the kiss and even kissed him back. Who did she think he is? Neil. The dark corner didn’t allow her to look at the person who is kissing her. When they came up for air, Arjun thought to insult her so that he can maintain his distance from her.
Look at you.’
That voice broke Radhika’s trance. She pushed him and tried to make her way away from him, but he is not the one who is going to slip that golden opportunity from his hands.
He taunted her for responding to his touch and kissing him back. That unloaded the dam of tears that Radhika is holding back all the time. She ran away from him slapping him hard for kissing her.
That evening Arjun is both happy and sad. Happy because he accomplished his mission of hurting his love. Sad because he lost her for good. Now she will not be able to tempt him with those eyes or words. He started tuning channels on television only to be disturbed by his mother. Aanchal Mehra, his mother and partner in crime. She is the best mom anyone could ask for. She always gives her suggestions whenever asked for, this time he didn’t ask her anything instead did a shameful thing and he will not be able to look into his mother’s eyes for life time.
When Aanchal persisted him to say what is wrong with him, he blurted out the truth. That he is in love with Neil’s girl; kissed her today and even insulted her for responding to his kiss. He wanted to run away somewhere so that he can escape those accusing looks from his mother.
Mom!! I love her and those brown orbs captivated me so deep that I’m unable to bring myself out of their depths. What am I supposed to do? I cannot love her as you know she is Neil’s girl but I was unable to do anything. So I insulted her.’ Said Arjun and was unable to hold back his tears. He cried that day for a long time. Exhausted, he made his way to his room.
After Arjun returned to his room, Aanchal called out the person who is in shadows till now and listened to the whole conversation.
Maa, did you listen what he said? He loves me and he fell in love with me AGAIN.’ Said Radhika unable to control her happiness.
Yes beta, he fell in love with you again. Isn’t that what you wanted?’ asked Aanchal in between her tears.
Yes Maa, I’m so happy today, my jaan loves me even after what had happened. What else I can ask for?’
This time voice of Radhika choked because of crying due to her happiness. Arjun came down to refill his water bottle only to get the shock of his life. Radhika embracing his mother and his mother is hugging Radhika as if she is her lost daughter.
Radhika.’ Growled Arjun from top of the stair case.
Aanchal was about to say something, Arjun is in no way going to listen anyone’s words. He raised his hand signalling his mother not to say anything.
Radhika, what the hell are you doing here? Are you here to complain about me to my mother like a KG girl? That will not yield any results dear, because I already explained her what transpired between us.’ Said Arjun with an evil smirk. That malevolence didn’t reach his eyes, Radhika knows very well about him even more than he knows about himself.
So now, you can get the hell out of here.’ Hissed Arjun.
She will not go anywhere.’ Came a voice from the doorway. The voice is of Arjun’s dad, Mr. Vikram Mehra.
Dad!! What are you saying? How come she became so important to both of you that you are not leaving her side and why the heck is she crying?’ Asked Arjun unable to control his emotions.
Because she is your Snowflake Arjun.’ Said Aanchal.
Radhika is about to stop Aanchal before she reveals everything but Aanchal cannot take anymore against her daughter from her son. The words didn’t stop from her mouth now.
Mom!! How can she be my Snowflake? She cannot be.’ Said Arjun falling on the nearest sofa.
She is your Snowflake and that is the truth Arjun.’ This time it is Vikram.
But you said she is in states and unable to come here because of her visa problem.’
By this time, you got to know that is a lie. We hid it because the doctor said not to give any stress to your brain. And the last meeting of yours with your Snowflake is not a pleasant one, so we hid it from you.’
This whole information is making Arjun’s head reel in different directions. If Radhika is his Snowflake, then the feelings he had for her are not wrong. So she is not Neil’s girl. She is HIS girl. That’s why she responded to his touch and kiss so perfectly.
Radhika is in the corner wiping her tears that are not stopping their way.
Snowflake!!’ said Arjun with all the pent up love he has for her.
That single word brought fresh set of tears in Radhika’s eyes. It’s been like forever since she last heard that word. Only he can bring those emotions in her. Radhika ran to him and hugged him tight. Aanchal and Vikram were happy to see their children happy after a long time, which lead them to the past when Arjun is head over heels for his Snowflake.
Arjun is the chairperson of Mehra Industries. There is a conference being held in Australia and the business people from all corners of the world attended the conference so that they can the bag the deal that is going to take place after the conference. Arjun is very enthusiastic to take his business to higher level. And the deal is like one-time ticket for his growth in business.
That day after conference, he made his way to a mall to buy some groceries. Unfortunately, even the thieves thought that day to be auspicious to carry on their robbery. They took the people in the mart as hostage and were trying to take away all the money. Then Arjun saw her. His Snowflake. She stood at the other end of the aisle which is not so far from where he stood. She is chanting Hanuman chalisa so that Hanuman ji will save her from the thieves.
So cute.’ Said Arjun aloud.
That brought the attention of one thief to Arjun. He demanded Arjun to take out his wallet and saw the direction in which Arjun is looking. The thief leered at Radhika with lust. That riled up Arjun. When the thief was about to take advantage of Radhika, she took the nearest can she found and banged it on thief’s head. Arjun is trying to control his laughter seeing the condition of the thief; he was dressed up with chilli flakes in his hair. Those flakes also made their way to the face and the thief is sneezing flushing his eyes out. By the time other thieves could do anything, police arrested the thieves.
After the billing of their respective groceries, Arjun and Radhika made their way out of the shop. Arjun is waiting for a chance to speak to her. So he did it in the classic way.
Hi, I’m Arjun. Naam toh suna hi hoga.’ Said Arjun in SRK style.
Nahin suna.’ Said Radhika and made her way back to her vehicle.
But Arjun is not the one who backs out from the girl who he thought could become his soul mate. He didn’t want to waste another moment in getting near to this girl. In the hurry, Radhika missed her identity card in the cellar.
Radhika. Nice name. Ready to become my wife soon, my dear.’ Said Arjun and kissed the photo on her identity card.
Next meeting of Ardhika is in the conference. Radhika is a volunteer for the conference. Arjun thanked his stars above as he got to see his girl in less than 24 hours time. Arjun made his way to Radhika but she is avoiding him like a plague. So he thought of only way he could get her attention. He called her name and showed her identity proof. She searched her bag and smiled at him sheepishly. That gave their relation a kick start. Arjun is possessive about the things or people who belong to him, same goes with Radhika.
One day, the company hosted a party and all the business delegates are invited with their partners. Arjun brought Radhika with him even though she is not ready to come. That night changed the lives of both of them. Arjun was asked for a dance from one of the businesswomen. He made his way to the dance floor. In the meanwhile, some other person started his conversation with Radhika. Arjun saw this from dance floor and was unable to keep his emotions at bay. He made his way to the bar counter and kissed Radhika hard on her lips showing that she is his. This didn’t go well with Radhika. She is not a property to flaunt, alright. That led to a big fight between the two that night. Arjun came out of Radhika’s apartment to cool his nerves, that didn’t do anything to his boiling anger instead only increased the intensity. [Arjun started living with Radhika in her apartment after they bonded well which is only few days. Sometimes it takes only a second to trust the person, right? Radhika is the citizen of Australia.]
Next day Arjun left Australia as it is end of the conference. All the companies were asked to submit their plans at the earliest. Arjun reached India and travelled to his house on his own. That caught him in a major accident that lead to blood clot in his brain. Doctors performed surgery for the blood clot but the shock and depression gave way to lose his memory. He forgot who his Snowflake is when his father was talking about Radhika with his mother. Radhika was devastated to listen to this news. She booked the earliest flight to India only to see love of her life on hospital bed.
Doctors strictly instructed not to give any stress to Arjun, so Vikram and Aanchal settled Radhika in their company. Neil is like a shield to Radhika to stop any advances she could get from the other male employees. They didn’t know that Radhika is Arjun’s girl. Neil acted all well because that caused Arjun to love Radhika AGAIN.
After all this Arjun looked at Radhika and asked her why she took so much effort to get him back. The answer will remain in his heart forever.
ANYTHING FOR YOU, MY LOVE.’ Said Radhika and held him tight in her arms.
She returned to her sanctuary that day that is his arms. Arjun is about to kiss her but stopped because of loud cough of his father.
Get a room guys.’
Don’t tease me Papa.’
Radhika hid her face in Arjun’s chest to avoid further embarrassment.
I will not. You threatened me due to her one time. How am I going to leave you now?’ said Vikram grinning.
Looking at the confused face of Arjun, Aanchal explained him how he threatened his father not to call Radhika Snowflake when he introduced her in the video call.
Ardhika made their way to Arjun’s room. Vikram and Aanchal were happy after all their children got their soul mates.
Ardhika got married after one month and boarded Australia’s flight for their honeymoon.

Okay this may not be a superb shot but I wanted to show how two broken souls formed hinges to each other and clung to their lives.
Memory loss patients will not be able to retrieve their memory quickly as it happens in serials. Patience is required according to the research I’ve done. So I made Arjun to love Radhika again according to laws of love. Love is for heart, not for mind. Heart knows who your soul mate is, isn’t it?
