Chithra listens to Vaani’s conversation through the spy app and hears Vaani threatening the ward boy, warning him to alert her as soon as Dadi wakes up, so her secret stays hidden. Chithra grows suspicious, wondering what Vaani is hiding and if she’s behind Dadi’s accident. Meanwhile, Mishri, deep in thought, is troubled by details of the accident. Chithra asks what’s on her mind, reassuring Mishri that she’s family and can help. Mishri confides that Dadi argued with a woman just before the accident, who wore a distinct rose-colored shoe. Chithra tells Mishri that Vaani is responsible for the accident. When Mishri asks for proof, Chithra reveals that Vaani owns shoes of the same color and had paid for Dadi’s treatment—likely to cover up her guilt. She also shows Mishri Vaani’s tracked location, confirming she was there.
Later, Mishri confronts Vaani in front of everyone, declaring she’s found the person responsible for Dadi’s accident. Raghav arrives, overhearing, and panics, fearing the truth will come out. Parvathi is thrilled to see Raghav back, and he asks Mishri what she’s discovered. Mishri accuses Vaani of causing the accident, shocking Raghav. Kalpana defends Vaani, calling Mishri just a servant, but Mishri reminds them she is the family’s daughter-in-law. Raghav tries to defend Vaani, insisting she’s innocent and even paid for Dadi’s treatment. Sulekha supports Vaani, claiming they wouldn’t help Dadi if they had been guilty, but Mishri counters, saying she has proof.
Mishri tells Raghav about Vaani’s argument with Dadi before the accident. Vaani insists she’s innocent, but Raghav suddenly admits he’s the one who caused the accident. He confesses to Mishri, saying he was too scared of going to jail and couldn’t bring himself to tell her. Mishri, however, thinks he’s lying to protect Vaani and says she has proof against her. Raghav insists it’s true and says Vaani actually helped save Dadi’s life. He asks Mishri to call the police, ready to face the consequences. Vaani silently panics, knowing Mishri could expose her if the police get involved. Chithra secretly enjoys the turn of events, while Parvathi begs Mishri not to call the police, declaring her love for Raghav.
Mishri believes Raghav would never harm anyone on purpose and guesses the accident might have been unintentional. She asks why he kept it from her, and Raghav admits he feared jail and was worried her aunt would make things worse in his absence, leaving no one to care for Mishri. Touched, Mishri forgives him. Sulekha supports her decision, saying Raghav has done so much for Mishri that forgiving him isn’t hard. Parvathi praises Mishri’s kindness, saying that’s why Raghav loves her enough to face the world for her. Kalpana leads Vaani away as Raghav brings Diwali gifts, including a saree and bangles for Mishri. Vaani feels resentful and plots against Mishri.
While Vaani is drawing a rangoli, Mishri helps her, warning that Raghav saved her today, but when Dadi regains consciousness, the whole truth will come out, and she won’t let Vaani off easily. Vaani defiantly challenges her in return.
