Dadi expects Raghav to attend the Haldi ceremony. Mishri tells her that he assured her he would come. Bela mentions to Sakthi that Raghav’s fake mom is here. Mishri takes blessings from her. Dadi asks about Raghav, and she asks back who he is. Bela reminds her that he is her son. She lies to Mishri, saying Raghav is busy with work. Mishri insists he promised over the phone to come. Bela is shocked and tells Banti to stop Raghav from attending the function, fearing their plan will fail if he shows up. However, Raghav arrives, making Mishri happy. He returns her bag, explaining it was sent to his house from the hospital. Mishri thanks him.
Raghav’s fake mom faints, and Mishri rushes to help. Raghav assumes she is Mishri’s mother-in-law. The woman asks who Raghav is and who Mishri is. Mishri introduces herself as her daughter-in-law. Raghav suggests she has a heat stroke and is blabbering. Bela asks them to take her to a room to rest. Raghav and Mishri discuss the Haldi ceremony. Dadi hints to Mishri to spend time with Raghav. While enjoying sweets, Raghav asks Mishri why she keeps thanking him, saying he likes to see people smile. Mishri smiles and confides her wedding nerves, sharing her fears about the union of two families. Raghav advises her.
Later, the fake mom complains to Bela about Raghav’s unexpected arrival. Bela insists they must stop Mishri from revealing the truth to Raghav. Meanwhile, Raghav asks Mishri to show her soon-to-be husband, thinking he’s teasing her. Mishri takes him to a mirror, where Raghav sees his own reflection and misunderstands the banner nearby, thinking it’s her husband. He praises the man, thinking he is a good match for Mishri. Bela feels relieved.
Meanwhile, Vaani visits Raghav’s house, planning to cook special sweets for everyone as an apology for the previous day’s events. She serves the food and takes selfies with them. They praise her cooking. Raghav receives a phone call and tells Mishri he must leave. Bela comments on his busy schedule. Vaani tells Sulekha she cooked for Raghav because he was upset with her but insists she won’t change her character for anyone. Sulekha gets upset, and Chithra smirks.
Later, Vaani meets Raghav at his office and gives him sweets. Raghav invites her out on a date, failing to notice the chandelier short-circuiting.
