Misfortune Of A Little Boy

The streets were crowded at that noon. On a very busy street a woman and a child were sitting on the floor; begging and pleading for money and food. People went without looking at them. None of them listened to them. They had their own problems to struggle. None looked at them. None was kind hearted. Not even a single one’s heart got melted even about the little child.

But a one man dressed with a blue shirt and an overcoat with a pair of trousers could hear them. He stopped at them to have a glimpse of them. Soon as his eyes got the miserable state at the poor child and his mom, his heart melted like the snow which melts away under the shining sun. He got a coin from the pocket, went to them and gave it to the little child with a smile on his face.

The child was over the moon and he took it with great pleasure and looked at his mom with glittering eyes. His mom nodded her head and the boy; as soon as he got the signal ran towards a shop and entered it. After a moment he came out with an ice cream on his hand. He was holding it lightly. He couldn’t control himself because it was like a greatest gift to him. He was looking at the ice cream without even moving a bit. He was exploring the greatest beauty of the ice cream of the ice cream – a chocolate one with colourful pebbles on it. And of course with some cream on it. He couldn’t take his eyes away from it.

Right now he was standing in the middle of the street which was crowded. To his misfortune, a man came running and got hit with the boy face to face. The boy managed to control himself from falling but the ice cream could not. It fell on the middle of the street and melted down soon. The boy couldn’t believe what happened. He stood looking at the ice cream which fell on the street and soon something like a water droplet fell onto the melted ice cream.
