Shivaay saw that his blood group didn't match with Anika's. Neither did Omru's. No one in the Oberoi family had their blood groups matching with Anika's. Finally, Shivaay contacted the other private hospital and they agreed to supply O positive blood from their blood bank. The blood was transported in a proper mechanism, so that there would be no tampering, but if evil has to find a way, it will.
When the blood was kept in the City Hospital's blood bank, one shadow went up there and made the watchman unconcious.
He went inside and found the container labeled ' O positive, Anika Singh Oberoi , ward 34 '.
He gave a slight smirk and exclaimed, " Anika Singh Oberoi. Not bad, haan. So what if my bullet didn't hit Shivaay, it did hit HIS LIFELINE. And now, if Shivaay doesn't die, his wife has to…I will also see how she survives. Atleast, there will be one fatal blow on the Oberois. I can begin my revenge story. When he came out, Rudra was standing just outside. He stood behind the pillar, just in case he could be caught. Rudra looked around and thought to himself ,
"Why do I feel that that cheapda Abhay is around ? Its just your imagination Rudy. Get your work done fast. "
He smacked himself and went about to buy the medicines which the doctor had just prescribed for Anika. Seizing the opportunity, Abhay quickly escaped. But there was someone else also who saw all this.
Voice, " I am sure Abhay has tampered with the blood container. I must inform Shivaay. "
She went away to Shivaay, who was now sitting beside Pinky.
(Here, Pinky has been forgiven by Shivaay as she had willingly accepted Anika as her daughter-in-law. So Shivaay had no reason to call her Mrs. Oberoi )
