Rekha’s burning pain increases. Gaura brings cold water for her and fails to feed her. She says she forgot that ghosts can’t have food, now only Twinkle’s penance at the temple can less her pain. Twinkle at the temple draws high veil on her face. Som says she will sweat under the veil. Twinkle says it will protect her from sun and dust. Som goes to get pooja items. Twinkle waits for her mother’s hired girl to replace her and perform penance till Durga temple. Girl calls her and says she can’t come as she is unwell. Twinkle thinks now she has to walk till Durga temple by herself.
Som returns and seeing Twinkle crying asks if she if feeling hot. Twinkle says she is worried for mummyji and can do anything for her. Som says he will drop water and flowers on her way. Twinkle says no need for that as she can bear any pain for mummuji. Rekha feels more weak and asks Gaura what time is it now. Gaura says 11:30 a.m. Rekha says in 2 hours rahu kal will start and once Twinkle completes penance, she will be free from this burning pain. Gaura says Rekha is lucky to have Twinkle as her DIL and feels sad for heself. Rekha says she is right that Twinkle is an obedient DIL. Gaura says she will go and check where Twinkle is now and leaves.
Twinkle stops at a distance. Som makes her sit under a tree. Som tries to clean her feet and goes to get something. Gaura disguised as maid Bindiya walks to her. Twinkle gives her similar sari and asks her to wear it before her husband comes. Som returns. Twinkle’s mother calls him and asks him to come home as she fell down. Som says he will send someone as he helping Twinkle in pooja. Mother insists him to come. Som hires a man to help Twinkle and leaves. Twinkle pays the man double money and sends him away. Gaura returns to Twinkle. Twinkle asks her to replace her and perform penance. Gaura thinks Rekha doesn’t know about her DIL’s evilness. Twinkle says she is feeling unwell since last night but wants to perform penance at any cost for her MIL, so she is replacing herself with Bindiya. Gaura agrees..
