The Episode starts with Ira hearing Pushpa praising Akhilesh. She recalls Akhilesh. Pushpa says I made him swear and asked him to tease a girl once, he did this to keep my heart and got a slap too, he loves other’s children, he trains them and takes them to doctor too. Ira recalls everything. Pushpa says Chutki is lucky, Akhilesh will keep her very happy. She blesses them. Chutki praises Akhilesh’s goodness. She says Akhilesh is so good, he went to donate blood to his step brother, can he cheat anyone. Ira gets shocked.
Pushpa says Lord gave me my son, he is my best friend, I m living for you. Ira thinks I was so wrong. Chutki and Akhilesh get engaged. Everyone claps. Pushpa says we will keep sangeet and marriage in evening. Ira thinks I have done vasectomy to a bachelor, I have to tell Akhilesh. She goes and finds them dancing.
She gets a call from Vallabh. He asks her to come home, he has some work. Ira tells Akhilesh that she has come to deliver jewelry. He asks her to leave. She says I need to tell something imp. He asks her to say. Kids comes and take him away. She worries. She thinks it will be a big situation if I tell him now. She goes.
Aditya talks to his GF. Akhilesh comes and asks him not to go out, if anything is troubling him. Aditya asks him to stop the fake concern. Akhilesh asks what happened, why shall we have this annoyance, I came to give you blood. Aditya asks when did you give me blood, I got blood from blood bank. He asks him to show his hand, where is the band aid marking, don’t waste my time and let me go. Akhilesh thinks he is right.
Ira comes home and gets sad thinking of Akhilesh. Akhilesh’s haldi is done. He asks Devina to come. Chandu jokes on Devina. Pushpa applies haldi to Devina. They argue. Devina and her daughters go. Vallabh says I have a surprise for you. He shows her a convocation costume. He says you will wear this and receive your degree, you will find me happy, I will be there for you, I will see you taking the vow, I can’t wait for it, just vow and show me. Ira vows in front of her parents. She says I won’t hurt anyone, I will use my knowledge just to cure people.
He goes to check the door. She cries and recalls Akhilesh. She says if I hurt anyone by misusing my knowledge, I don’t have a right to call myself a doctor. She says I have no right to take this vow and get called a doctor, I have ruined Akhilesh’s life, I m cheating even dad. Pushpa calls Birju. Akhilesh gets sad. He says you are my mum and you are my dad, all my relations, I don’t want anyone else. Devina and her daughters make excuse of buying a gift and leave. Devina sees a man pasting poster and asks what is it. She doesn’t see Akhilesh’s pic. Akhilesh tries to see the poster.
