The Episode starts with Akhilesh coming to meet Aditya at the hospital. Nurse asks him to wait outside. Nurse says Aditya has deep wound. He says its because of me. She asks him to arrange blood. He says my blood group is room, take my room. She asks him to go to blood donation room. Pushpa and Lakhan are on the way. She says I want a pandit to do some charity, its tough to find pandit here, its easy to find pandit in Banaras. A man gives her a flyer about vasectomy. She scolds him. She says children are Lord’s blessing. He says I m just doing my work. Ira waits for patients. Akhilesh says I have come. She says finally, you came here for family planning. He asks her to do anything but fast, why shall anyone innocent bear punishment of his mistake. She asks him to sign on consent form. He
Akhilesh waits to donate blood. Aditya comes there. He sees vasectomy room and says its dangerous to stand here. He doesn’t see Akhilesh inside. He goes. Nurse asks Akhilesh why did he decide to do this. Akhilesh says its my duty, I have no kids, but my mum wants kids. She asks why are you doing this. He says I m doing this for family, who else will do this, my mum will be annoyed, but I will convince her. Pushpa looks for pandit. Same baba meets her. He warns her. He tells her future. She gets glad. He says your son will marry soon, but you won’t get children. She gets shocked. She asks him why is he saying so. She scolds him. He says I m not fraud, I m saying the truth.
Ira messages Vallabh. She then calls him and says its my imp day in hospital. She asks him to bless her. He blesses her. Akhilesh asks Ira to make him unconscious, as she gets scared seeing blood. Ira asks him to think about good things, he will get sleep. He falls unconscious while thinking of his family. He imagines his wife and children. He gets shocked seeing Ira as his wife. He falls asleep. Ira gets ready to operate him. Pushpa gets relieved by talking to her pandit. She prays for Akhilesh. Ira does his operation. Police comes and stops her.
Police looks for someone. Inspector goes to see the patient. He then apologizes and leaves. Ira starts the procedure again. She thinks I will do this operation even when many hurdles come. Nurse gets labor pain. She says I think I m close to delivery. Ira thinks maybe this is not in Akhilesh’s fate. Pushpa says now I have to get diya of ghee and keep here. Ira sends the nurse. Pushpa lights the diya. She goes. Devina comes and talks to Bhumi. The diya falls down. Ira takes nurse to labor room. She goes back to Akhilesh. Pandit says puja got completed, there won’t be any problem in your son and bahu’s life. Ira smiles and says first vasectomy operation got successful. Pushpa says I will become Dadi soon. She smiles.
