The Episode starts with goons taking everyone captive at gunpoint. Ira asks them what do they want. Raka says we have come here for you, we don’t want to kill them. Ira asks what did I do. Raka says you are operating the minister, we want you to do some mistake in his surgery that he dies. Ira asks what nonsense, I m a doctor and I have sworn to save lives. The goon shoots a ward boy in his leg and scares them. Ira asks them to leave the kids. Mishti and Vansh get shocked seeing the blood marks on the floor. They reach the children’s ward and get shocked.
They see Ira, Pushpa and everyone in goon’s clutches. Devina offers the money. Goon threatens to kill Devina and Pushpa. Ira stops them and says I m ready to do anything you say. Pushpa asks will you kill minister, its wrong. Goon
Akhilesh gets conscious and looks around. He says my family is in danger. He looks for his phone. He shouts for help and falls down. Ira says don’t do anything to them, I m ready to do anything you say. Goon says I will kill you if you act smart. Mishri prays to get help. Akhilesh gets help and tries to break the door. Goon gets Ira to his boss and says she will do as we say. Ira begs them to leave her and not do this. Akhilesh sees the blood stains in the corridor. He worries seeing the goon threatening everyone. He thinks where are Vansh and Mishri. Mishri sees him and says we are here. He sees them. He asks what’s happening here, are you fine.
Mishri says they have kept everyone captive, where were you. He says a goon had hit me and locked me in the room, don’t worry, I will make everything fine. Mishri says they told Ira to kill the minister, they took Ira to OT. He says we have to make everyone out of here, stay here. Mishri says we want to come with you, we are scared. He says fine, promise me you won’t invite problems. They promise. He says I have a plan. Goon scares the kids. The kids cry. Devina asks the goon to take money from her and leave. Pushpa scolds the goon and says I know Ira well, she will never do your work. Devina says they will kill us, stop it. Pushpa says we will not agree to them. Goon threatens to kill a boy.
Mishri sees them and knocks the door. Goon goes out to check. Mishri hides and makes him fall down. Goon points gun at her. Akhilesh kicks him and holds his hand. He beats the goon. He thinks to hide the goon somewhere. Pushpa gets glad seeing Akhilesh and says I knew you will come, we have to save Ira. Akhilesh says yes, we have to hide this man first. They put the goon under the bed and cover him up. Akhilesh says there will be more terrorists, I have to think of something. He sees the joker and thinks this joker costume can help me.
