The Episode starts with Ira saying Akhilesh will get conscious now. She gets inspector’s call. She says yes, we are here, you can come to meet. She thinks why does inspector want to meet me. Manohar gets treated. Aditya pays money and says let me go. Gulki prays for Manohar. Doctor says I just treated his wound, he may not get up. Gulki asks Manohar to get up, its their marriage tomorrow. Her brother gets angry and asks Aditya who will marry Gulki now. Aditya says trust me, I didn’t push intentionally. Gulki’s brother threatens Aditya.
Aditya says I m ready to give money, let me go. Gulki’s brother says you have to marry Gulki now. Aditya gets shocked. Akhilesh wakes up. He says I think my operation happened. Ira asks are you fine. He says Vikram would have called you, my reverse
She says I came here and stopped that doctor, else don’t know what would he do with you. He asks what, you are a problem, why did you come here, my operation would have happened if you didn’t come. She says you are alive because of me. He asks can’t you see my happiness. She says if I didn’t come here on time, that fake doctor would have sold your kidney, he was using your innocence. He says don’t blame him, he is a good man, call him, I want to talk to him. Inspector comes. Ira asks him to say the truth. He says you are wrong, that doctor is not fake. Ira asks what are you saying. He says your doubt will get clear, he runs a NGO for poor patients. She checks file and says its all a lie, if he was a doctor, why would he get patient here. Inspector says he treats patients for free. He shows Vikram treating an old man. He says you got kidney related papers of someone else, poor patients worship him. She says he is fooling him, maybe those patients are bought. Akhilesh says stop it, I got a chance to make my life better, you snatched it.
Ira says think about your wound on stomach, kidney is removed from there. Inspector says doctor said when you fought with him, Akhilesh got a cut on his body. Ira cries. She says I can just say that man is clever, be safe. Inspector says sorry, we can’t arrest him, his record is clean. Akhilesh scolds Ira. He says I will get treated by same doctor. He calls Vikram. He says he isn’t answering, why did you do this with me.
He gets angry on her and scolds her. She looks at him. She says what did that doctor feed you that you believe him more than me, you should thank me, you are insulting me, you don’t deserve me. He says I get hurt to lie to my mum, I don’t need you, I will tell truth to Pushpa. She says you will tell truth when you know complete truth, you don’t know, I m going from your life forever, I don’t care your kidney or liver goes…. you proved today that you don’t have a heart. She cries and goes.
Aditya is forced to marry Gulki at gun point. He thinks of Sanaya and completes marriage rituals unwillingly. Akhilesh packs his bags. He gets angry on Ira. He says I will never see her face. Ira packs her bags and gets angry on Akhilesh. She says he will come to say sorry when he knows the truth. She hears Akhilesh’s voice and checks. She gets a recorder and recalls. He recalls her. They get sad.
He wishes he forgets Ira’s memories. Ira says Akhilesh will never realize his mistake. Akhilesh says give me strength that I can say entire truth to Pushpa. Ira says Akhilesh thinks I m a harmful girl, he wants freedom from me, I will free him, I won’t go back in that house now.

Akhilesh sees Ira at the door. He gives her a bag and asks her to leave. Ira goes. Devina smiles and thinks I will break this news to Pushpa.
