The Episode starts with Ira seeing Akhilesh’s locket. Pushpa prays. Ira sees Vikram and asks what was he doing with her husband. Vikram sees police. Ira says this man kidnapped my husband, catch him. She sees Akhilesh. She checks the papers and gets shocked. She tells inspector that Vikram is doing organ transplant, kidney….. he was taking out Akhilesh’s kidney, he is running kidney selling racket. She slaps Vikram and asks how dare you. Inspector says calm down madam, we will handle it. He arrests Vikram and his aide. Ira sees the cut on Akhilesh’s body and says they have already done the incision, if bleeding doesn’t stop, his bp can get low. She treats Akhilesh. She stitches his wound.

She recalls his operation and loses courage. She says everything will get fine, I will

stitch his wound. Aditya and his friend drink wine. Manohar says we have set the food, we are leaving, its Gulki and my marriage tomorrow, there are rasams at home. Aditya says you should have arranged another caretaker at least, you can’t go. They send Manohar. She says I will go and help him. Aditya’s friends trouble her and ask her to dance. He pushes Manohar. Manohar falls down the terrace. They all get shocked. Gulki shouts. Pushpa prays to Mata Rani for Akhilesh. Ira tries to revive Akhilesh by CPR. Akhilesh gets a breath. Ira thanks Lord and cries. Gulki says you killed my man. Aditya’s friends ask him to run. They run away. Gulki says you killed my Mannu, Lord will never forgive you. She scolds Aditya. He stands in shock. Ira says I was so scared, I felt I lost you. She calls Pushpa. Pushpa asks her how is she, why is Akhilesh not answering. Ira says everything is fine, his phone is damaged, my phone was on silent. Pushpa says I was restless thinking you both are in any problem. Ira says we have your blessings. Pushpa gets relieved. She says make me talk to Akhilesh.

Ira says he is sleeping. Pushpa asks why, is he fine. Ira says he is fine, don’t worry, I will make you talk to him in morning. Pushpa says fine, take care. Pushpa tells Devina that Akhilesh is fine. She thanks Mata Rani. The people come to Gulki and show her bridal dress. They get shocked seeing Manohar dead. Gulki hugs her brother and cries. Aditya worries. Gulki complains about Aditya and his friends. The men catch Aditya and beat him. A man says Manohar’s breath is running. Ira says why is Akhilesh shivering. She checks his fever and gives him an injection. She cares for him. She hugs him and says sorry, I know you don’t like my coming close, but I have no way to make you fine, you can scold me when you get up.

Gulki’s brother asks Aditya to marry Gulki. Akhilesh says everything would have got fine if you didn’t come, you are a problem. Ira says I will leave from your life.
