The Episode starts with Amrita telling Yashpal about Durga. Durga comes there. Yashpal gets angry seeing her and says no need to keep her study things, she ruined my dreams, I don’t want to keep anything now, she is mature and will see her future herself. He gets angry and packs her bag. Annapurna asks her not to do this and stop it. Durga asks him to listen to her once. Yashpal throws the bag away.
Durga cries and says if my happiness snatches my dad’s happiness, I will not run, I will not step there till he asks me to run, I may sit at home, I will never run against his wish. Annapurna consoles her. Yashpal gets ready for school. Subhadra reads the news of Durga’s success. Dadi asks her to stop it.
Dadi asks Yashpal to have food. Yashpal recalls Durga running and throws the food. He gets his anger out. He says sports won’t help Durga and tears the newspaper. He says its a fame of few days, then its dark night. Durga’s friends and other people play dhol and come there. They make Durga wear garlands and praise Durga. They chant her name. Durga recalls Yashpal’s words and shouts on them, asking them to leave right away. Subhadra asks them to go, its a matter of shame, not celebrations. Annapurna sees Subhadra smiling and gets shocked.
Subhadra says Yashpal and Durga’s relation is ending, don’t come back. Durga’s friend says you were supporting Durga that day when Sanjay came, did you do all this. Subhadra scolds him.
Annapurna says there is something I m not able to see. Sheela looks for Madhav’ documents. Durga cries. Amrita consoles her. Subhadra says I have to go inlaws, I will be leaving now. Durga gets ready for school. Sheela says I was keeping clothes in Madhav’s room. Amrita can manage it. Amrita agrees and sends Durga. Sheela goes. Amrita takes Madhav’s clothes. Dadi calls her. She keeps clothes and goes. Everyone congratulate Durga. Rajveer looks on. Durga says I m not running in national level, my dad does not want me to run. They get shocked.

Amrita cleans the room. Brij sees Madhav, Rishi and Dulaari’s pic. Shri takes Annapurna to Rajveer.

Why do Indian actors have zero clarity of speech? They can only mumble, mumble some more, cry, cry some more, and never finish a sentence. Prime example: Durga. Jasjpal, admittedly, is an illiterate peasant.But when did illiteracy equate with moronic stupidity? Jashpal’s reaction, on learning of Durga’s triumphant win, is an example of human behavior at its most bizarre. This is not credible. Not credible at all.
but it happens. People are brainwashed to live that way. All the useless BS Amrita is saying to her dad and every saying crap, not one person is questioning him about Durga should care about his dreams. What about her dreams? Nobody is pointing out how selfish he is by repeating acting entitled to his dreams and he had kids so that he can use them to fulfill his dreams. Societies become complacent like that with this behavior. Unless somebody from within the society risks becoming the enemy by questioning these things, nothing will change. And this happens quite often. So it is credible. Absolutely irrational, disgusting and crap on the parents side but it happens.
The way yashpal reacted to durga’s victory is utterly disgusting. This is a horrific example of how some parents impose their dreams on their children not giving a single thought to their children’s dreams.
