Bhavya wakes up to a knock and finds Rishank missing, who is actually in the bathroom. She opens the door to her aunt, who gives her some advice, leaving Bhavya upset. Rishank steps out wearing her bathrobe, making her awkward, while her aunt teases them and leaves. Bhavya jokes about getting used to seeing him shirtless. Rishank holds her back and expresses his happiness over getting his friend back, making Bhavya smile.
Meanwhile, at the Jaishwal house, Dayamanti plans to trap Bhavya by secretly opening a bank account in her name for their own use. Akshay questions the delay, but Dayamanti insists on timing, smirking. Later, Bhavya and Rishank return home where Rhea greets them with a hug, shocking Bhavya. When Bhavya confronts Rhea, Shakshi reveals Rhea’s suicide attempt. Bhavya accuses Rhea of faking a pregnancy, but Rhea shows her injury, prompting Bhavya to apologize and advise her to move on. Rhea recalls Dayamanti’s advice to self-harm for sympathy. Shakshi proposes letting Rhea stay, but Bhavya strongly refuses and urges Rishank to speak up. Before he can, Rhea faints, and Shakshi pressures Bhavya to agree for Rishank’s sake, upsetting her.
Rishank later tells Rhea that Bhavya is a true friend but he can never love her the way Bhavya does. Bhavya, meanwhile, enters Rhea’s room at Rishank’s sister’s request. Dayamanti and Akshay use this chance to steal documents from her room. When Shakshi asks Bhavya to serve food to Rhea, Rishank takes over, and Bhavya follows. Rhea insults her in front of Rishank, who stays silent. Bhavya says she pities Rhea and leaves.
Dayamanti notices Akshay still inside Bhavya’s room and distracts Bhavya with taunts, allowing Akshay to escape. Later, when Rishank tries to talk to Bhavya, she questions his behavior around Rhea before hugging him.
Dayamanti and Akshay rejoice as the officer confirms the bank account is opened in Bhavya’s name. The next day, while Akshay collects Shakshi’s and then Bhavya’s signature (with Dayamanti distracting her using Rhea), Rishank arrives with Rhea’s parents. He insists Rhea return with them for her well-being, reminding her he’s married. Rhea threatens self-harm, and Rishank is hurt trying to stop her. Bhavya panics, but Rishank finally takes a stand for her and throws Rhea out, leaving Shakshi and Dayamanti shocked. Bhavya, overwhelmed, questions her feelings.
Precap: Someone overhears Dayamanti’s scheme involving a saree consignment. Shakshi confronts Rishank, who claims he doesn’t love Bhavya—just as she arrives, and Shakshi smirks.
