Rishank’s friends arrive at his house to celebrate his bachelor party, and Riya also joins them. Still reeling from heartbreak, Riya pretends to be cheerful while inwardly mourning the fact that Rishank married someone else. Trying to get close to him, she creates an intimate moment, which one of his friends records on his phone, hoping to capture proof of their closeness.
Meanwhile, as Bhavya prepares to leave the office, she notices steam filling the space and discovers a long-ignored pipe leak in the machinery room. While investigating, Damayanti Devi and Akshat, who have deliberately loosened screws, cause heavy equipment to fall on Bhavya’s legs, trapping her and leaving her seriously injured. Though they are present, they flee the scene without offering help, leaving Bhavya screaming in pain with no one to hear her.
At the party, a drunken Riya behaves uncontrollably, confronting Rishank about his marriage with Bhavya. Her seductive tone makes Rishank uncomfortable as she tries to distract him, even switching his phone to flight mode to prevent him from checking it.
Back at the office, Bhavya remains trapped under the fallen machine, unable to move her legs. She calls Rishank repeatedly, but he remains unreachable. With no other option, she leaves him a desperate voice message before her phone dies.
Later, Rishank realizes Bhavya hasn’t returned home and checks his phone, hearing her voicemail. Alarmed, he rushes to the office, finds her unconscious with a faint pulse, and takes her home. A doctor treats her injuries, advising rest and medication. Filled with guilt, Rishank blames himself for partying while Bhavya suffered alone. However, seeing the genuine concern in his eyes, Bhavya doesn’t hold it against him.
Soon after, Shakshi visits Bhavya feigning sympathy, secretly waiting for her to discover the video. Through Nupur, the video of Rishank and Riya’s intimate dance reaches Bhavya’s phone—leaving her utterly shocked and heartbroken.
