Rishank arrives at the police station to secure Bhavya’s release. Once freed, she silently signs the necessary documents and leaves, ignoring his pleas for reconciliation. Confused by her lingering anger, Rishank begs for another chance, but Bhavya refuses, unwilling to invest any more emotions in their strained relationship.
Meanwhile, Damayanti is stunned to discover Rishank is still alive. Overwhelmed, she retreats to her room, struggling to process the shocking truth.
Bhavya visits Nitin in the hospital, heartbroken by his comatose state. He was the only one who truly understood her, but the nurse asks her to leave as visiting hours end.
Later, Bhavya returns to the Jaiswal house to collect her belongings. As memories flood back, Rishank appears, desperate to stop her from leaving. He drags her to another room, revealing a romantic setup—his attempt to win her back with an apology and grand gestures. But Bhavya remains firm; she refuses to sacrifice her happiness for him.
Rishank confesses that his engagement to Riya was merely a test of Bhavya’s love. He explains how Riya had locked him away, hoping to rekindle their bond. Bhavya, furious at his mind games, dismisses his story as lies. When she tries to leave, Rishank impulsively applies vermilion on her forehead, declaring his love. Enraged, Bhavya slaps him, wipes off the mark, and condemns his disrespect. She acknowledges his efforts but asserts that she has emotionally moved on.
As Bhavya walks out, Rishank is left devastated. Damayanti, learning of the incident, tries to calm herself. When Akshay questions her distress, she decides to attend Shanti’s funeral—believing it’s the only way to gauge her son’s current state of mind.
