Rishank urges Riya to take a pregnancy test to uncover the truth, with Bhavya’s family supporting the decision. The revelation shocks everyone—Riya is not pregnant and had faked the report to drive a wedge between Bhavya and Rishank. Despite the betrayal, Bhavya shows compassion toward Riya, recognizing the extent of her misguided love.
Nitin, ashamed of Rishank’s actions and desperate to see him take responsibility, wishes only to witness Rishank and Bhavya’s marriage before his health fails. Rishank explains to Bhavya that he didn’t abandon her but left to care for his critically ill father. As Nitin’s condition worsens and he is placed on life support, Vinay pleads with Bhavya to honor Nitin’s final wish and marry Rishank.
Though emotionally conflicted and confused by her father’s pressure, Bhavya is unaware that Vinay has been convinced by Rishank’s reasons. With time running out and Nitin undergoing a risky heart surgery, Bhavya feels torn between her doubts and the emotional weight of Nitin’s condition.
Bua Ma outwardly supports the wedding but secretly hopes to stop it using undisclosed deal papers. Nonetheless, Bhavya and Rishank agree to the marriage out of respect for Nitin’s dying wish. As the priest performs the rituals, they are officially wed.
Afterward, Rishank brings Bhavya home, where his sister enthusiastically arranges a grand welcome. But the joy is short-lived—Bua Ma gives Shakshi the green light to begin humiliating Bhavya the moment she steps into her new life.
