Bua Maa, with calculated intent, withholds Nitin’s essential medication during a severe episode of breathlessness. Her sinister plan is to disguise his potential death as a tragic accident, thereby diverting suspicion from herself. As Nitin frantically searches for his medicine, Bua Maa slyly removes it from his pocket and locks him inside a room, abandoning him to struggle alone. She feels a surge of triumph, convinced that with Nitin gone, she will finally seize control of the family business.
At the same time, Bhavya is making her way toward Nitin’s room when she spots an envelope lying on the floor. Curiosity leads her to pick it up and read its contents—a fake pregnancy report in Riya’s name. The discovery shocks her to the core. Disturbed and upset, Bhavya starts piecing together the implications. Overcome with emotion, she returns to Rishank’s room, her heart shattered and her mind in turmoil. Tears stream down her face as she grapples with what she sees as Rishank’s ultimate betrayal, unable to comprehend how someone she trusted could deceive her so cruelly.
Meanwhile, Vinay and his wife grow anxious as Bhavya and Rishank are nowhere to be found. Their concern escalates into suspicion that Rishank has fled the house to avoid marrying Bhavya. Shakshi, Rishank’s mother, feels a sense of relief, believing her son has successfully escaped the unwanted wedding and taken refuge elsewhere.
Soon after, Bhavya’s parents find her weeping in her room. Worried, they ask what has happened. Bhavya hands them the forged pregnancy report. Her father, Vinay, is stunned and deeply humiliated, realizing their family has been manipulated. He recalls that it was Rishank who had originally proposed the marriage, only to be the first to walk away. Bhavya, heartbroken, begs her father to take her home, declaring she wants no part in the deception any longer.
Meanwhile, Bua Maa continues to bask in her perceived victory, oblivious to the unfolding crisis. Elsewhere, Rishank receives a shocking video call revealing that his father, Nitin, is in critical condition. He rushes home immediately. Bua Maa and Akshat are caught off guard by his sudden return and scramble to appear surprised, offering feeble excuses for not having called a doctor sooner. Rishank, overwhelmed by guilt and panic, acts swiftly to save his father. He rushes Nitin to the hospital, praying it is not too late.
