The episode starts with Ishaani sees baby moment and gets teary eyes.. Ishaani slowly stands and sees baby!! Doc calls out ranveer.. Doc shows him baby moments.. Ranveer sees this and gets teary eyes.. they both eyes each other.. Sanam Teri kasam plays.. He gets report and they both comes our of hospital!! Ishaani tells it is u r baby!!
