The episode starts with doctor comes and tells them to buy some medicines for meher ranveer runs to shop and brings medicine doctor takes it inside

After a while doctor comes out and tells that meher have gave birth to twin boys everyone gets happy ishaani asks about meher doctor tells she is no more everyone was shocked ishaani cries
