The episode starts with mehar thinks I have to tell OK or he will kill me she tells OK to Adithya but he kills siddharth meher gets shocked ishaani and police reach the place and ishaani cries seeing siddharth she goes to him police arrest Adithya siddharth death ceremony begin while all of them putting flower meher suddenly falls unconscious ishaani calls doctor he comes and checks meher and tells that she is pregnant everybody gets shocked
Meher tells that it is siddharth child ishaani gets teary eyes and after death ceremony meher parents scold her for spoiling her life now we will suicide then you will be happy they eat sleeping tablet and they die
10months later..
Meher is at hospital she is ICU ward doctor comes out and tells ishaani that they are in critical position it is very tuff we can save one life only.
Ranveer and ishaani stands there tensed while doctor goes out hurriedly and calls chief doctor he goes inside tensedly
They stand clueless after some time doctor comes out and tells them to buy medicines.
