Ishaani cries near Ranveer that she won’t back up and will keep on asking Ranveer until he tells her his problem.
Milan was curt and was about to throw a vase in the study room. He stops at once, he thinks that Ishaani hit him today. She thinks her right over him. She also didn’t call him Ranveer today. He gets happy.
Disha was worried, and says to Manas that everything is getting worse today, speaking nonstop. Manas stops her, he says what he can do as Ranveer isn’t listening to anyone now. It is because of him that the man is so ill, Disha is worried because of him. Disha asks what then, should he marry Parul. Manas says sometimes he wants to run away of all this. Disha says what he will happen to her, where he would work then? Sharman comes there and stops Disha from pressurizing Manas, he tells Manas that situation isn’t in their hand, they must speak to Ranveer and he would do that tomorrow.
Milan was in the room, thinking he must do something special for Ishaani today. Ishaani comes to the room, she says she knows he is angry with her but he must answer her questions today, for slapping him. Milan says he isn’t angry, she slapped him and this means she owns a right on him. She loves him. Ishaani asks why he thought she doesn’t love him. Milan says that day, when he wanted to get near her and she pushed him, his hand was hurt. He was angry since then, she misbehaved with family and even her. But she only cared about him.
Ranveer prays to God why they have made him so helpless, his Ishaani is in danger. He struggles, his body moves. The drip bag fell on the floor. The quilt gets over his body.
Milan says that now, she won’t back away. She loves him too. He gets closer to her, then goes to bolt the door. Ishaani thinks Ranveer isn’t angry at her, he wants to be close to her. She asks why she isn’t as happy as Ranveer is.
Ranveer tries to get up, instead rolls from the bed to floor. He struggles and brings the whole of his body down on the floor.
Milan turns to face Ishaani.
Ranveer keeps on struggling to get to his feet. He crawls on the floor.
Milan holds Ishaani’s face, looks into her eyes and smile. Ishaani looks at him too. He says she is so beautiful, he couldn’t remove his eyes off her. He hasn’t seen her well for so many days. He wants to get closer to her today, to feel her.
Ranveer prays to God to save his Ishaani.
Milan gets behind Ishaani, tucks her hair behind her ear.
Ranveer crawled on the floor.
Milan takes Ishaani’s ear pin off.
The nurse watches Ranveer, she is shocked and calls Ishaani. Ishaani urges towards Ranveer. Milan follows her. She runs towards Ranveer’s room, she asks the nurse how he came down on the floor. Milan is sad why he interfered? The nurse is happy that he tried to walk, she goes to get wheel chair. Ishaani asks where he was going, if he wants something. Ranveer speaks to himself that he came to save her, he would keep her away from this animal in anyway. Ishaani asks Milan to help them hold Ranveer on the wheel chair. She asks Milan if she should drop him till the bed. Milan nods. Ishaani kept her hand on Ranveer’s hand.
The next morning, in office, Manas comes to Sharman and asks if he spoke to Ranveer. Sharman says he didn’t meet Ranveer. If he comes late daily. Manas tells Sharman the worsening conditions of office. He says not only family, he scolds the office staff as well. He is investing in wrong places. Sharman is concerned. Milan comes there, he asks Manas why he came to office when he is groom to be. For him nothing is important than his sister’s wedding. Sharman says he wants to talk to him. Milan says he doesn’t want to talk to Sharman.
Milan gets a call and sends Sharman and Manas out of office. His men tells him that they got to know about the car with whom Ranveer had an accident. A staff members come inside when Milan was writing the number of the car, he tells Milan that he wants his signatures for car repair with which Manas had an accident. Both papers were together on the table. Milan thinks that the patient is Ranveer, he is feeding milk to a snake.

PRECAP: Disha watches Milan inserting poison to Ranveer’s drip. He tells Ishaani about it, but she looks disbelieving.
