Sai while watering plants sees a bird trying to build nest by gathering sticks, but drops sticks often and flies again to bring more sticks. In hospital a nurse runs to doctor and says a boy’s health is very critical. Doctor checks and says just like previous patient even this patient his having high fever, dehydration, stomachache, discomfort, etc.. He checks others patients also and says their condition is also similar. Nurse says there is a long que of patients outside with similar condition. Doctor walks out and seeing patients writhing on floor thinks he had seen similar illness in Bengal where it became epidemic and killed many people, there is no cure for this illness yet. He walks to his colleague doctor and asks if he got the llist of patients who didn’t return for treatment
In Dwarkamayi, people wait in que to meet Sai for treatment and fight. Sai gets into deep thinking. Tatya tells Jhipri that Sai is thinking something, he will go and make people stand in que and she can offer them fruits. He asks people to stand in que and makes a man stand first. Another man yells that he is doing partiality. Jhipri offers them Sai’s brought fruits. Man starts yelling she gave him a small guava and gave another man pomegranate, so she is doing partiality. Jhipri says she did not give fruits seeing their faces. Tatya asks not to allege Jhipri and exchanges fruits. Sai interferes and asks what is wrong if their neighbor got a good fruit and what is wrong if one of them goes ahead, they should stop getting jealous of each other. They apologize. Sai continues that they should always stand united in good or bad situation and who knows a bad situation may arise soon. Baizamaa thinks why Sai is insisting about unity and bad situation, if there is any bad situation coming soon.
British senior officer is informed about epidemic, so he orders to buy a vast land. Junior officer asks reason. Senior officer informs that this epidemic started in Bambai/Mumbai and spread across it, he needs vast land to keep affected people from healthy ones. Junior officer asks what if affected ones die. Senior officer says they would die anyways as there is no treatment for the epidemic and asks to check if there is anyone affected and if there are any unhygienic areas in surrounding villages.
Sai via meditation finds out situation in surrounding villages and prays god to show him a way to cure people. Chihu tai with Govinda walks to Sai and says he looks weak since yesterday, so she brought him srikhand. Govinda says aayi got up early in the morning and prepared srikhand for him. Sai asks Chihu tai if she is still feeling guilty for her past behavior. Chihu accepts that she insulted Sai a lot before and feels very guilty and thinks how to get rid off it. Sai says she should be ready to help dear ones and neighbors in need. Chihu says everyone go to Baizaa akka in need as she is intelligent. Sai says everyone are intelligent in their own way. A lady hiding her face walks in and requests Sai to give oodhi/ash. Chihu identifies her via voice as Kulkarni’s maid asks why she needs oodhi. Maid reveals that Rukmini is ill and there is no one to take care of her at home as Kulkarni and Keshav are out of station. Sai says Rukmini needs dear ones’ love instead of his oodhi, so Chihu should take care of Rukmini being with her till she gets well and feed this srikhand to her. Chihu agrees and leaves with Govinda.
British constables bring government orders for Kulkarni. Panta says sarkaar is very busy, so they can give order to him. Constables say they will give it only to Kulkarni and ask if there are any unhygenic areas around. Panta says there is one broken hut and takes them to Dwarkamayi.
Precap: British officers enter Dwarkamayi and try to lift Sai while he is meditating. Sai warns they cannot succeed in their plan and creates a barrier around him.
