Malchapati begins Bhumi Pujan. Malchapati asks Sai to break coconut as a part of ritual. Sai does so. Kulkarni walks to them and says stop all this with whose permission are you building this school, this is government property and I take decisions here and so there will be no school. Malchapati says this is a good deed you can’t stop this. Kulkarni says what will you do go tell Mahadev, but its too late, I have just received a letter where I have been selected as member of Nagarpalika and this means everything in Shirdi will happen on my wish and whoever goes against me you will be punished and if someone tries to stop me I will finish them, and this construction has no permission and Sai hasn’t taken any permission.
Srikant says to Kulkarni, this school should be built by you but instead you ar stopping good work. Kulkarni says who said I won’t, I will build but with a process. Ramrao says when I am paying why do we need government funds, what’s the reason. Kulkarni says the reason is I don’t want to and leaves.
Kulkarni says to Santa keep eye on Sai, we have defeated him today and so he will fight back.
Sai says to Ramrao, we will build school don’t worry.
In Dwarka Mai, Sai explains kids not to loose hope. Malchapati says Sai, these kids are small now and till Kulkarni makes decision these kids will leave some important years. Sai says all kids will study. Srikant ays Dwarka Mai has lot of visitors how will kids study here. Sai says I will sit somewhere else but Kids need place and so I will sit outside and kids will study inside.
Kids ask Sai who will teach them, Keshav is out of town and Prahlad is stopped by Kulkarni. Srikant says I am busy with school work all day. Sai says we will make arrangements for school, God will send us help.
Prahlad says to Tejaswini, he wants to go to school. Tejaswini says your Ajooba must have stopped everything by now and I am not letting you go. Prahlad sees mango outside window and says ti Tejaswini mangoes are falling down is someone doing it on purpose. Tejaswini says let me check.
Tejaswini says this is surely basti kids let me go teach them a lesson. Prahlad says I don’t think its them and even if it is let them have it. Tejaswini says how dare they its our tree and goes out to check.
Prahlad leaves to go visit Sai.
Kulkarni goes to Prahlad’s room and sees he isn’t in room. Tejaswini walks in and Kulkarni says to her, this is all because of Sai he first tricked my son and then son in law. Tejaswini says I kept telling you but you didn’t listen. Kulkarni says I already have lost Keshav but I won’t let this happen to Prahlad and my plan is ready.
Sai makes arrangements for school in Dwarka Mai. Sai says to kids look behind your teacher is here. Prahlad sees arrangements. Sai says to Prahlad until school gets ready you can teach kids here. Prahlad says I was so scared that Ajooba has stopped everything. Sai says you can use this wall as your board, I used to teach Jhipri here.
Prahlad starts teaching kids. Santa keeping an eye on Prahlad goes inform Kulkarni about it. Kulkarni gets angry and says to him you never get me good news. I was happy about being a Nagarpalika member but you brought another bad news. Santa says you quickly have to take action or else you will be left alone, first Keshav, then Rukmani, your windowed sister. Banta he took everyone away from you and now he is influencing Prahlad and he is wasting his life. Kulkarni starts smiling. Santa asks why are you smiling, Kulkarni says it’s Prahlad’s birthday the day after and I have called lot of rich and important people with their families. Santa says how will a party fix everything. Kulkarni says you don’t need to understand, this party is just a reason for a big blast and then I will see how long will Sai influence Prahlad
Tejaswini wakes Prahlad and says Manan is here. Prahlad says its late and Kulkarni had threw Manan out. Tejaswini says I have paid him a lot and now sit and study here infront if me. Manan says okay and starts yawning. Tejaswini says cmon you two start studying. Tejaswini falls asleep. Prahlad sees Tejaswini is asleep and says don’t sleep around us, instead go to your room and sleep. Tejaswini says I will come back to check. Tejaswini leaves.
Prahlad says to Manan, go to sleep we both are tired and don’t worry about Aai she won’t come. Manan says here take these blocks and make something and I can tell your mother I taught you this. Prahlad says okay.
Prahlad thinks I don’t want to be Engineer or Doctor, teaching kids make me happy.

Sai asks Prahlad to go to near by Ganesh Temple to do pooja and says it will do good for you and someone else.
