Bheeva says there is a threat of epidemic but Dr. Pillai got transferred recently. Sai says Ram ji always takes care of everyone. We must keep trying so as to receive help. He might send an angel to help us. They hear Baji and Bela fighting and walk up to them. Baizama asks Baji why they are fighting. Baji says it is her fault. Bela shares that they were playing house-house. I told him that I will work but he disagreed. Will I always listen to what he says? Baji tells Sai that everyone’s work is pre-decided. How can she do what men do? She is a girl. Sai asks the kids whether the tree is standing tall because of trees, branches or roots. Bela says it is because of roots. Baji says everything is equally important. Sai agrees. The tree will fall if either of them is weak. They are giving support to the
Santa asks Sarkar why he is pleasing someone else when he can do this himself. Sarkar says why use my money when someone else can invest it. Santa says it means we are going to lose money. Sarkar hits him. Think of something good for me sometimes. They reach Dr. Pillai’s clinic but it is locked. Now everyone from Shirdi and nearby villages will have to come to me for help! He begins to go when he notices Sai and stops. You are here to mess things up! Sai says I have come to make a request. You know that we are going to experience some difficult times soon. Please try to help others without taking advantage of it now. Even Ram ji wont accept it. Sarkar tells Him to stop His lecture. I will sell the medicine as per my wish. People will buy it if they can afford it. There is no other Vaid in Shirdi and nearby villagers anyways so I will do as I please. Why should I sympathize with villagers as they listen to you! They don’t have any alternative anyways. Sai says arrogance is not a good thing. Someone turns up to break it with Ram ji’s blessing whenever things go overboard.
Savitri helps her mother get off the cart. She asks her mother if she is fine. She nods. This joint pain has made it troublesome for me. Savitri says I told you to stay in Bombay. What was the need to bear this much pain? I could have done it alone. Her mother tells her not to worry. We will do it together. Where is the place? Savitri says we will have to ask someone. She picks up their suitcases. I don’t know whether I will be able to do this with your help or not either.
Sarkar tells Sai He is living in an illusion. Dr. Pillai has left. It will be good if you run away as well. This time only I will protect Shirdi. I will see who will come to help you! He leaves with Santa. Sai says Allah Maalik.
Savitri tells her mother that the place is a little far from here. They hear Bala asking Bheeva to check Chetan. He wont wake up. Villagers rush to check on Chetan. Chetan has experienced a fit. Bala runs to call Chetan’s parents while Chandu and Bheeva rub his hands. A lady gives them onion. Make him smell this. Bheeva breaks the onion and lets Chetan smell it. Savitri steps forward. She checks Chetan’s heartbeat and pulse. Villagers ask her who she is. Savitri shares that she is a doctor. Chandu asks Bheeva if a woman can be a doctor. Savitri takes out an injection. A lady wonders if a woman will give injection to Chetan. What if something happens to Chandu? Savitri recalls how she had a similar encounter earlier. Her hands are shaking as she is about to give injection. Chetan’s mother moves her aside. You do not look confident enough. Did you find my son to experiment? She requests Bheeva to take Chetan home. His medicine is at home. The men comply.
Sarkar welcomes Janardan with a garland. Janardan is touched by his welcome. Sarkar asks him why he came here. You could have called for me. Janardan shares that he visits the place where he invests his money. My family will come soon as well. Please make arrangements for my stay in Shirdi. Sarkar tells Santa to do the needful. He asks Janardan to have something but Janardan suggests discussing important things first. He asks Sarkar when he will earn on his investment. I invested money already but I don’t think it is going to happen soon. Sarkar assures him that villagers have no option but to approach him. We will end up benefitting from this epidemic soon.
Savitri walks back to her mother. Villagers speak about her. who will come to a doctor like that for help? Sai looks on.
Savitri’s mother asks Savitri why she is going through all this. I am your mother. I want you to be happy. There is still time. Give it up and get married like other women. Live a happy life. Sai says everyone has a different definition of happiness. Someone goes through every pain to fulfil their dreams while others forget their pain and walk with others through thick and thin. Ram ji takes care of their pains when we do something good for others. Savitri’s mother asks Him who He is. Sai says everyone calls me Sai. Ask your daughter what happiness means to her before knowing about me. he asks Savitri if she is a doctor. You are new here, right? Savitri nods. Her mother says she got appointed her here by the government. Sai says the timing is just right. We are facing an epidemic and her arrival is like the arrival of a guardian angel. I welcome her wholeheartedly. Savitri’s mother says it isn’t as easy for Savitri as you think it. Sai reasons that everyone must go through a lot to come out as a strong person. He tells Savitri that He saw everything that happened earlier. It is understandable if the hands that kill others are shaky but the hands that give life shouldn’t shake. Tears stream down Savitri’s cheeks. Sai says Ram ji never does anything without any reason. He has chosen you for this work personally if you have become a doctor. What can be better than God believing in you? Trust yourself and leave everything on Ram ji. He will fix everything. Savitri keeps her trunks down. Sai asks her if she has a place to stay. Let me know if you need anything. Savitri nods. I will head to the clinic directly so as to make preps for the pandemic. Sai says the one who cares about others before themselves can never lose. Ram ji has sent the right person to Shirdi. He offers to go with them.
Sarkar is shocked to know about Savitri. Santa tells him that she even tried to treat a kid. Janardan asks Sarkar who will come to him for treatment if a government doc will be here. There is no point setting a factory here. Sarkar says I had no idea that a doc will come here. Santa tells Sarkar that it is a woman.
