Kaka tells Mhalspati that he will not go from here without taking Sai’s blessings. A mother pleads Sai to cure her son Kiran as he is unable to walk without support due to severe back pain. Kiran says he has become a burden to his mother. Mother gets asthma attack. Sai helps her sit and says he does not know about her son, she looks more ill than her son. Mother says she has asthma and is getting short of breath due to smoke, she does not care about herself and just wants her son to get well soon with Sai’s magic. Kiran asks Sai if he can give water to his mother. Sai says her condition will worsen with water, so if he can get the medicinal tree leaves nearby. Kiran says he is having severe back pain and cannot pluck leaves so high. Sai asks him to try at least. Kiran cries that he can’t. Sai asks reason and insists what is stopping him. Kiran reveals how he fell down from tree in childhood while he was playing with his friends. Sai tells mother that her son is least bothered about her and doesn’t even want to try. Kiran walks near tree and Sai insists him to try pluck tree. Kiran stands up with great difficulty and plucks leaves. He then realizes he is standing normally and doesn’t have pain, gives leaves to Sai and asks to treat his mother soon. Sai takes him to mother and says her son never had any issue and was just in fear, and once his fear is out, he is back to normal. Mother thanks Sai and takes her son along. Kaka with Mhalsapati watches everything silently.
Sai then picks his bag to go for daily begging routine. Kaka unable to control himself tries to enter Dwarkamayi. Sai stops him. Mhalsapati rushes in and tells Sai that before his letter could reach Kaka, he had left for Shirdi already. Kaka sadly asks Sai if he didn’t want him to be here. Sai asks him to return back to Bambai/Mumbai right now and walks way holding his bag.
