Sai goes begging at a house where lady says there is not even a grain of food let at home as her husband gave off everything they had. Sai says at least something must be there. Lady thinks Sai never speaks like this. Man goes in to check. Lady thinks he gave everything already and there is nothing left. Man searches all grocery boxes and doesn’t find anything. He gets tensed that he promised Sai and break his promise. He finds a single grain and offers it to Sai. Sai says this was the last grain left in his house and he gave even it. Man says at least he could give it to Sai. Sai says he needed this grain badly and tells Man’s wife that she is lucky to have such a husband who helps so many people selflessly. Once Sai leaves, lady yells at man that they have to sleep empty stomach
Mahajani asks his wife Meera to get ready to travel to Shirdi and meet Sai. Meera asks who will take care of aayi/mother and festival is coming and she can earn some money by stitching neighbor’s clothes and use it for Dayaram’s treatment. Mahajani says Sai will treat Dayaram freely, but her worry for Aayi is obvious, so she can stay here while he takes Dayaram to Shirdi. She asks how will he manage alone. He says he has Sai’s blessings with him, he will go to office and apply leave. He reaches office and requests his superior Anand to grant him leave, but Anand denies. He says boss distributes month’s work in the beginning itself and if he finishes his work by tomorrow, can he go, he himself will meet boss and request him. Anand thinks Mahajani will inform boss that he does all the work, so he should not let Mahajani meet boss, will dump him extra work on him and not let him take leave. He dumps lots of files on Mahajani and asks him to take leave after finishing them. Peon watching that asks Mahajani how will he finish so many files by morning. Mahajani says he will try his best as it is a question of his son’s life.
In Dwarkamayi, Sai decorates dahi/curd handi for janmastami celebrations. Mhalsapati reminisces Mahajani preparing many colorful pots for neighbors and friends. Sai asks what is he thinking. He says his friend Mahajani decorates pots similarly and he has invited him here for his son’s treatment. Sai asks to stop him and not invite him here. Parvati says Sai never stops anyone from entering Dwarkamayi. Sai angrily says he already told once. They discuss that there must be a reason, else Sai never stops anyone from entering Dwarkamayi. Sai walks to Mhalsapati again and asks him to stop Mahajani from entering Shirdi.
Precap: Kaka Mahajani falls asleep while working on office files. Sai emerges there and smiles at him.
